付けてある。ドツグ17に対向してリミツトスイ
ツチ19が設けてありリミツトスイツチ19は型
締シリンダ15に圧油の給排を行う電磁切換弁
(図示せず)を制御し、ドツグ18に対向して設
けられた機械的方向切換弁20は電磁切換弁へ直
列に配置されている。このため安全扉16が開放
されるとリミツトスイツチ19により電磁切換弁
は型締シリンダ15に圧油を供給しない位置にな
り、同時に機械的方向切換弁20も作動して圧油
源から電磁切換弁に至る油路を遮断する2重のイ
ンタロツクになつている。

操作側に金型搬出入機構41を設置したときの例
である。フレーム12に固着したシリンダ31の
ピストンロツド31Aは図示省略したが安全扉1

れる。シリンダ31は第3図に示すように電磁切
換弁32の一側に接続され、電磁切換弁32の他
側は空圧源或いは圧油源33と大気或いは図示省
略したタンクに接続されている。この電磁切換弁
32は固定ダイプレート11に駒34を介して取
付けられた例えば光発信器35と型締シリンダ1

らなる非接触形物体検出器に接続されているの
で、光発信器35を発した光線を人間或いは物が

の給排を行なう電磁切換弁(図示せず)に送る。
この結果電磁切換弁32は図示の位置から切換つ
てシリンダ31のピストン側に圧油或いは圧縮空
気を送るので、ピストンロツド31Aは前進従つ
て安全扉16は開放する。そして安全扉16が開
いたことにより従来例で説明したように型締シリ
ンダ15は型締動作が行われないようになされて
いる。同時に受信器37の前記検出信号により型
締シリンダ15に圧油の給排を行なう電磁切換弁
(図示せず)は型締シリンダ15に圧油を供給し
ない位置になるので、この点でも2重のインター
ロツクとなつており、安全性を高めている。
