ちや本体の左右両側に外側に向つて傾斜し且つド
ーナツ形状の円盤の中央通孔を回転自在に嵌合可
能とした軸杆を立設し、この軸杆の立設はその軸
方向が車輪の傾斜面を接地させたときにその接地
面と平行するように設定し円盤の径は車輪の傾斜
面が接地したときにその外周も同時に接地し得る
大きさとしたことを要旨とするものである。

にしたものであり且つこの軸杆3,3′の立設は
その軸方向が車輪1,1′の傾斜した外側面2,
2′を接地させたときにその接地面と平行するよ
うに設定し、円盤ロの径は車輪1,1′の上記外
側面2,2′が接地したときにその外周も同時に
接地し得る大きさとしたものである。

の周面が無理なく整然と且つ確重に接地してこの
