るリードフレームを収納し、溝を設けた2つの面
に夫々高透磁率特性を持つフエライト板を被せて
つき合わせ、端面を接着して形成したことを特徴

と対向する溝間隔とは同じ長さとし、両端面と端
面に接する溝の間隔、及び溝につき合わせるフエ
