Claims (1)

1のフランジには、前記巻芯を挾んで互いに対向する平
面状の1対の側面が形成されていて、前記各外部引出電
極は前記各側面にまで延び、そこに側面延長部を形成し
ている、チップコイルにおいて、前記各外部引出電極の
側面延長部は、前記各側面の中央部を除く部分の少なく
とも一部に形成されていることを特徴とする、チップコ
イル。First and second flanges are formed at each end of a winding core that holds a coil winding, respectively, to constitute a core, and a pair of external lead electrodes are provided on an outwardly facing main surface of the first flange. A lead wire serving as each end of the coil winding is electrically connected to each external lead electrode, and a planar lead wire facing each other with the winding core sandwiched between the first flange is electrically connected to each external lead electrode.
