Description

【考案の詳細な説明】 [産業上の利用分野] 本考案は、舞台演出などに用いられる白煙の発
生装置に関するものであり、詳しくは、本考案
は、液化炭酸ガスにより白煙を発生させる際に容
易に連続運転され、しかも濃厚な白煙を発生する
ことが出来る白煙の発生装置に関するものであ
る。

[従来技術] 従来、舞台等の演出効果を高めるために固形ド

あり、複数台用いなければならない欠点があつ
た。即ち、単位質量当りの冷熱量が極めて大きな
ドライアイスを塊状で温水と接触させるため、固
形ドライアイス全体の冷熱の伝達量に相応する熱
を供給する事が難しく、すぐに水温が下がり、白
煙の発生量が低下したり、また、例え十分な熱源
を用いたとしても、固形ドライアイスの供給に連
続性を欠き、また発煙量の調節が困難であつた。

本考案装置において、該ホーン13の開口部の

生量が低下してくる。他方、ホーン13の開口部
端が温水中にあまりに深く浸漬する場合には、発
生した白煙を含む気泡が水面上に至る迄に、白煙
が消滅し易く、白煙の発生量の低下を招くうえ、
不要に温水全体を撹拌し、水滴が同件され易くな
る。それ故、ホーン13の開口部端は、通常水面
に接するか、深くとも水面下約50mm程度迄浸漬さ
れ、好ましくは、水面下約20mm程度に浸漬され
る。

に運転可能となるように、電磁弁11の操作回路
が設定され、また、ノズル12はオリフイス径が
0.8〜2.0mmφの比較的小流量となるよう設定して
おくのが使用上便利である。

より、液化炭酸ガスのノズル出口での噴出圧力が
緩和されるうえ、ホーン開口部端が水面に接触あ
るいは浸漬される結果、水面付近でスノーと同時
に発生する炭酸ガスによる撹拌効果と相俟つて、
スノーと水蒸気との接触が促進され、スノーの冷
熱を十分に白煙発生に供することが出来るので、
スノーが塊状となつて残留することなく、連続的
に十分な白煙量を確保できるのである。しかも、
本考案装置は、簡単な構造で、濃厚な白煙を長時
間連続的に発生させることが出来るので、その応
用範囲は極めて広いものである。
