この考案はバーコード読み取り用のホトセンサ

従来のこの種のホトセンサは、第2図に示す如
く、透光性材料からなる筒状ケース1内に、球状
レンズ2、導光体3,4,5、受光素子6及び発

つた。このホトセンサは、発光素子7の光を導光
体5,3、レンズ2を通してバーコードの読み取
り部分に集中して照明し、その反射光をレンズ
2、導光体3,4を通して受光素子6に導き、バ
ーコード情報を検出するものである。

て、ホトセンサに必要な機能部品を一体的に成型
することにより、部品点数の削減、組立工程の簡
易化、製造原価の低減、品質の安定化及び製品の

光体の他端部に受光素子と発光素子を遮光板を挟
んで並置し上記モールド成型時にモールドインし
てなるものである。

く、これにより受光素子14の誤動作防止が図れ

実用上極めて大きな効果を有するものである。
