【考案の詳細な説明】 本考案は建築物における柱・梁の接合部等に適
用できるボルト,ナツト及びワツシヤの連結構造
に関するものである。

部材同士を結合する方法の一つとして、一般に
ボルトとナツトによる連結構造が広く用いられて
いるが、かかる連結構造は、風雨にさらされる露
天の条件下では、結合しようとする部材間に挿通
したボルトとナツトとの螺合部分に、雨水、ほこ
り等が侵入して同部分を腐蝕させる。

そこで腐蝕による各種の幣害やトルク値の変動
を防止する対策として、建築物の分野において

過程中にボルトとナツトとの螺合部分に雨水等が
侵入して同部分を腐蝕させるので、従来は、当該
結合部分を仮ボルト及び仮ナツトにより仮締めし
て建方をし、所要の歪調整を済ませた後、上記の
ボルト及びナツトを取外し、別に用意した本ボル
ト及びナツトに取替えて上記結合部分を本締めす
る方法が採られている。しかし、このような方法
においては、仮ボルトが上記鉄骨等の部材の荷重
を受けて、せつてしまつてボルトが抜きにくくな
るため、本ボルトの取替作業に手間がかかり、ボ
ルトの取替時に本ボルトのねじ山に傷が付いてト
ルク値が変動したり、鉄骨全体に歪が再発生する
問題があり、その改善が期待されていた。

本考案の特徴は、結合しようとする部材を挿通

パツキン受座を形成し、このパツキン受座と対向
するワツシヤ及び保持ナツトの各ボルト挿通孔の
端部の開口内周を切欠してパツキン受座を形成
し、対向するパツキン受座間にパツキンを介設
し、ボルトとナツトとの螺合部分を水密に保持で
きるようにしたところにある。主ナツトのボルト
挿通孔における両パツキン受座は螺合部分の水密
性が確保できれば、必ずしも設けなくてもよい。

成している。同様に保持ナツト7のボルト挿通孔
7aの開口端部にパツキン受座6cと対向してパ
ツキン受座7bが形成してある。そしてパツキン
受座5bと6b間、6cと7b間にはO形又はC
形のパツキン8,8aがそれぞれ介設し、ボルト
4とナツト6との螺合部分の水密性を保持してい
る。

影響がなければ、パツキン8,8aはそのまゝ介
装した状態で本締めしてもよい。

り、建設作業の能率を高めることができ、取替に
伴うトルク変動等の種々の弊害が生じない。
