に発生する磁束の流れを示す第３図の相当図、第
５図は従来例と本案とにおける磁気ギヤツプ内の
磁束密度変化の大きさを示す特性図である。
なお図中１はポールピース、１ａはボトムプレ
ート、２は第１磁石、３はトツププレート、４は
第２磁石、５はシールドカバー、７は磁気ギヤツ
プ、８は導電性パツキングである。その他図中同
一符号は同一部分を示すものとする。
