近するように傾斜する斜面を有する磁心と、該斜面の外
方に位置する巻線と、を備え、前記巻線に電流を流すこ
とによって前記フライホイール内に外方に向かうに従っ
て磁束密度が高くなるような磁場勾配を発生させるよう
