For example, in the case of synthetic fibers, a method that uses thermoplasticity to mechanically crimp and then heat sets, or a method that focuses on the stretching and shrinking behavior of synthetic fibers and stretching or heat shrinking two-component fibers to improve crimpability. There are other ways to grant this. All of these are based on the characteristics of the fiber constituent materials.

No. 0 discloses a technique for improving the durability of crimps by subjecting them to a salt bath treatment after untwisting and untwisting the crimps. In addition, in Special Publication No. 31-1950, heating-
A method of shortening the process by dyeing at the same time as heat fixing and untwisting during the heat fixing and untwisting process, Japanese Patent Publication No. 11495/1986 describes a method of heat fixing and heat fixing using acetate acetate obtained by acetylating viscose fabric. A method of untwisting after two-stage processing,
Further, JP-A No. 49-134960 discloses a method of heating, followed by alkali treatment and treatment with a resin that imparts wrinkle resistance when wet, followed by untwisting. However, the bulky textured yarns obtained by these methods have high crimpability and high crimping recovery and durability, resulting in extremely bulky crimped yarns similar to wool. Although it has excellent characteristics in that respect, on the other hand, it ends up erasing the various characteristics that viscose rayon fiber is originally superior to other fibers, such as luster, coolness, and drapeability. In other words, the main focus of these known techniques is to give cellulose fibers the same bulkiness and wool-like texture and appearance as synthetic fibers, and they have focused on how to improve the solidity of crimp. It is something. Therefore, all of the above-mentioned techniques attempt to improve the purpose of the crimp fixing method using the heating-fixing-untwisting method by, for example, thermal treatment, resin fixation, chemical treatment with alkali, etc. Therefore, it is not suitable for various woven and knitted fabrics and fabric fields that require the characteristics of viscose rayon yarn and bulkiness.

These are the most suitable parameters for designing and controlling the bulkiness of false-twisted yarn and the luster, drape, coolness, and texture unique to viscose rayon yarn. Conventional bulky textured yarns, especially bulky textured yarns using viscose rayon yarns, have no idea of designing or preparing them using these parameters or parameters similar to these parameters, and the present inventors have As a result of intensive research, it has been revealed for the first time that the 8-parameter can evaluate the bulkiness and the above-mentioned favorable properties unique to viscose rayon yarn for false twisted yarn made of viscose rayon yarn.

False-twisted yarns with different crimp shape coefficients were produced by varying the crimp shape coefficients.Next, embroidered laces were obtained from the textured yarns. The results of this performance evaluation are shown in Table 1.In this way, the crimp shape coefficients An embroidered lace made of a false twisted yarn having a texture of 0.02 to 0.20 has bulkiness without impairing the luster, drapeability, and cool feel of the viscose rayon yarn.

In addition, those with crimp shape coefficients of 0.22 and 0.30 are bulky, and although the lace pattern has a bulging feeling, the original characteristics of viscose rayon yarn, such as luster, drapability, and coolness, are lost. False twisting was performed at a feed rate of -1% and a twist number of 1500 T/M. Furthermore, in order to evaluate the fastness of crimp, the processed yarn was made into a general shape, and a steam treatment was performed at 105° C. for 5 minutes using an autoclave without applying tension to the yarn. Table 2 shows the performance before and after steam treatment. In this way, when the waste water shrinkage rate is 4% or more, the crimp elongation rate () and the number of tanks hardly change even after steam treatment, and the crimp fastness is extremely excellent.

Furthermore, since it has bulky properties, the lace pattern looks raised, giving it an even more luxurious feel. Also, even when used in raised fabrics for woven or knitted fabrics, crimp does not disappear. A vile i-knitted fabric with good bulkiness is obtained.

Furthermore, even if the processed yarns are additionally twisted, the processed yarns are mixed or twisted with each other, or with other materials, or mixed knitting or weaving is performed, the bulky properties are not impaired. Needless to say, all of these have the luster, cool feel, and drape properties that are characteristic of viscose rayon long fiber yarns.
