〓Prior art〓 For example, in a belt-type false twisting device, an untwisting belt of an air spinning device, etc., yarn is nipped between two adjacent endless belts that intersect with each other and run in opposite directions. A guide pipe for threading is provided between a belt-type false twisting device that applies a twist and a nip roller consisting of a pair of rollers located below the twisting device, and the thread passing through the nip point is transferred to the endless belt by a balloon. This prevents the thread from being struck against the side edge of the belt and causing strong friction with the edge of the belt, causing the thread to break and cause fuzz and loops. Now, if the thread breaks for some reason, the tip of the suction pipe is engaged with the lower end of the guide pipe for threading, and the suction force of the suction pipe is applied to the guide pipe for threading. He was suctioning the end of the body and making advances.

〓Problems to be solved by the invention〓 In the case of belt-type false twisting devices, untwisting belts of air spinning devices, etc., the tip of the guide pipe for threading should be positioned sufficiently close to the nip point of the yarn, When attempting to ensure threading, fluff adheres to the threading guide pipe, resulting in a loss of quality of the thread. Therefore, if the distance between the nip point of the thread and the tip of the threading guide pipe is widened, the suction force of the threading guide pipe provided by the suction pipe will not act sufficiently on the nip point of the thread, and the thread It was acknowledged that there was a problem with not being able to fully intervene.

〓Effect〓 Since the guide pipe for threading is made telescopic, the tip of the guide pipe is located at a position away from the nip point of the thread during steady operation, but when the thread is cut, the guide pipe moves its tip to the point above. The suction pipe is extended to a position as close as possible to the nip point, and at the same time, the tip of the suction pipe that has been moved is moved and joined to the lower end of the guide pipe, and the suction force of the suction pipe is applied to the guide pipe, so that the yarn is A suction force is applied to the thread near the nip point to ensure threading and threading.

As shown in FIGS. 3 and 4 as enlarged cross-sectional views, the threading guide pipe 10 includes an outer cylinder 11,
The inner cylinder 13 includes a sliding portion 12 that slides in contact with the inner circumferential surface of the outer cylinder 11.
The inner cylinder 1 is bored in the hemispherical bottom 14 of the outer cylinder 11.
3 and an opening 17 with a diameter equal to the outer diameter of the inner tube 13 bored in the cap 16 screwed onto the outer tube 11. A cylindrical sealed space 18 is formed between the inner surface and the outer peripheral surface of the inner cylinder 13. The cylindrical sealed space 18 includes a cap that surrounds the outer circumference of the inner tube 13 and is locked at both ends by the sliding portion 12 and the cap 16.
A helical spring 19 is provided that has a biasing force in a direction that causes the inner tube 13 to protrude from the hemispherical bottom portion 14 . Furthermore, a stepped portion 20 is formed on the surface of the sliding portion 12 opposite to the spring 19 and the locking surface.

Now, as shown in FIG. 1, when the yarn 4 passes through the belt-type false twisting device 1 in a steady state and is sent to the nip roller 5 via the threading guide pipe 10, the yarn 4 shown in FIG. As shown in FIG. 3, the stepped portion 20 of the inner tube 13 of the threading guide pipe 10 is positioned in contact with the bottom of the outer tube 11 due to the biasing force of the spring 19, and as a result, as shown in FIG. The tip of the inner cylinder 13 facing the twisting device 1 is placed at a position away from the nip point of the false twisting device 1.

Now, when the thread 4 is cut due to some reason and threading is to be carried out, the stepped portion 20 of the inner cylinder 13 is detected by a signal from a sensing device (not shown).
Pressurized air is introduced through the introduction hole 22 into the pump chamber 21 shown in FIG. Push up the cylinder 13. At the same time, the suction pipe 23 is rotated by the signal to fit the funnel-shaped tip 28 into the hemispherical bottom 15 of the outer cylinder 11, as shown in FIGS. 2 and 4. As a result, as shown in FIG. 2, the tip of the inner tube 13 of the threading guide pipe 10 comes close to the nip point of the false twisting device 1, and the suction force of the suction pipe 23 is applied within the threading guide pipe 10. The suction pipe 23 rotates to the old position while gripping the thread end, and the thread 4 that has been picked out is nipped by the nip roller 5 to complete threading.

As for the suction by the suction pipe 23, the conventional type in which the air inside the pipe is sucked by a suction device from the base of the suction pipe 23 can be applied as is, but in particular, as shown in FIG. A conduit 24 is connected to the tip of the suction pipe 23, and has an annular cavity 25 and an opening 26 connected to the cavity 25 and facing inward of the suction pipe 23.
The nozzle member 27 is connected to the suction pipe 2.
3 and blows out compressed air from the conduit 24 through the opening 26 into the suction pipe 23.
A strong suction force is generated at the opening at the tip of the suction pipe 23, and a strong suction force is exerted inside the threading guide pipe 10, thereby making it possible to more reliably thread the thread.

〓Effects of the invention〓 As described in detail above, the guide pipe for threading in the spinning device of this invention has an inner cylinder equipped with a sliding part inside the outer cylinder that slides in contact with the inner peripheral surface of the outer cylinder. A spring is provided between the sliding part and the inner surface of the bottom end of the outer cylinder, the spring having a biasing force in a direction to project the inner cylinder from the bottom of the outer cylinder, and the sliding part and the inner surface of the bottom end of the outer cylinder A pump chamber connected to the pressure source and with the sliding part as the pressure-receiving surface is installed between the guide pipe and the guide pipe, so that during steady operation, the tip of the guide pipe is located away from the nip point of the thread, and no fluff is generated. In addition to preventing the yarn from sticking to the tip of the guide pipe, when the yarn is cut, the guide pipe extends its tip to a position as close as possible to the nip point of the yarn, and at the same time attaches a suction to the lower end of the guide pipe. Since the tip of the pipe is movably engaged and the suction force of the suction pipe is applied to the guide pipe, and the suction force is applied to the cut end of the thread, the suction force of the guide pipe acts strongly on the nip point of the thread. It has become possible to suction the cut thread end and reliably thread the thread.
