[Prior Art] It is well known that a tray for inserting and holding a pipe thread is used to transport the pipe thread. Furthermore, it is well known that these trays have a base portion having a diameter larger than the outer diameter of the yarn, and a pin for inserting the yarn bobbin in the center of the base portion. In addition, the present applicant has previously developed a conveying means using such a tray by disposing a moving belt with a round cross section inside the tray guide rail, and making this moving belt endless so that one side is connected to the pipe carrying tray. We have developed and proposed a system that is used for conveyance, and the other side guide rail is used as a guide rail for returning empty trays. By the way, when such a tray is moved along the guide rail, it is necessary to check the passage of the tube-carrying tray or the empty tray along the way, or to count the number of passing trays, or to check whether the tray is stored in the guide rail. A tray sensing device is required to form a section and store a specific number of trays. And these detection devices are:
There are fillers or micro-switch levers that protrude inside the tray guide rail, but such contact types tend to obstruct tray transfer, so non-contact types such as photoelectric or high-frequency induction switches are used. ing.

On the other hand, when manufacturing such a tray, a large number of trays are required, and in order to make the tray cheap and lightweight, the tray is manufactured from a synthetic resin molded product, and the base portion and the insertion pin are integrally molded. In addition, as the tray detection device mentioned above, a small and high-performance light reflection type detection device is used, but with a tray made of synthetic resin,
The drawback of easy absorption of light was pointed out. Therefore, we considered countermeasures such as incorporating a light-shielding agent into the resin material for molding, applying surface treatment by plating, or applying light-shielding paint to the surface of the base, which is the detection part, but these measures did not work. In both cases, performance deteriorates due to abrasion of the tray surface, and other problems include being expensive and causing contamination of pipe threads due to abrasion powder.

[Means for solving the problem] That is, a base portion having a diameter larger than the outer diameter of the tube is formed, a pedestal portion is formed in the center of the base portion, and a step is provided in the center for inserting the tube. A pin is provided protrudingly, and a metal plate is placed on the upper surface of the base portion to cover the entire surface except for the periphery, and the metal plate is entirely made of synthetic resin so that a hole formed in the center of the metal plate is buried in the pedestal portion. It is integrally molded.

[Example and operation] The present invention will be explained in detail below based on the drawings, but these drawings show an example of the concrete implementation of the present invention, and the present invention is not limited to the illustrated example. It can be implemented in the same way even if some of the configurations are changed according to the purpose. FIG. 1 is a partially cutaway sketch of a tray according to the present invention, and FIG. 2 is a sketch showing an example of the use of the tray of the present invention. As shown in Fig. 2, the tray of the present invention has a base portion 2 (Fig. 1) having a diameter larger than the outer diameter of the conveying pipe C, and the conveying path of the tray 1 is formed by a guide rail formed in a U-shape. 7, 7 facing each other to guide both sides of the base part 2, and a drive belt 8 with a round cross section is installed inside the guide rail 7.
is arranged so that the bottom surface of the tray 1 is received and supported by the circumferential surface of the drive belt 8. Therefore, the tray 1 moves while sliding within the guide rail 7 as the drive belt 8 moves. Also, when the tray is stopped by a suitable holding device, the drive belt 8
The chisel continues to drive, and the following tray collides with this stop tray and is stopped. The pipe yarn C is inserted into the tray 1 whose mooring is stopped, and is conveyed with the mooring released, and is pulled out from the tray 1 when it reaches a specific part. A detection device 9 and a mooring device 10 for the passing tray are provided at necessary portions of this conveyance path. As described above, the light reflection type is often used as the detection device 9 because it is small and has good performance, and its use is achieved by providing a through hole in a part of the top surface of the guide rail 7 as shown in the figure. Device 9 is installed.
The detection device 9 may be used to simply confirm the presence of a tray, or may be used as a counter to count the number of passing trays. On the other hand, although the mooring device 10 is shown as having a piston of a small actuating cylinder that protrudes into the guide rail 7 to prevent the movement of the tray 1, other electromagnetically actuated protruding members may be used. Further, the detection device 9 and the mooring device 10 may be disposed opposite to each other as shown in the figure, or may be disposed individually.

Conventionally, the tray 1 used in such a conveying means has been molded from a synthetic resin material, and therefore, as described above, a light reflection type detection device absorbs light, making detection unreliable. Therefore, in the present invention, the tray 1 is constructed as shown in FIG. That is, the tray 1 of the present invention has a circular base part 2 having a diameter larger than the outer diameter of the loaded tube yarn, and a pedestal part 3 in the center thereof. The outer diameter of the pedestal portion 3 is the guide rail 7, 7.
The width of the gap formed on the top surface of the guide rail 7 is smaller than that of the guide rail 7, and the surface thereof is formed so as to slightly protrude from the guide rail 7. A tube thread insertion pin 4 having a step 4b is provided in the center of the pedestal portion 3, and the pin 4 has a step 4b.
It is formed of a root part 4a and a tip part 4c, with the tip part 4c serving as the insertion part for the tube and yarn bobbin, and the root part 4a having a slightly smaller diameter than the outer diameter of the tube and yarn bobbin. Further, it is recommended that the connecting portion 3a between the root portion 4a and the pedestal portion 3 be curved to reduce the accumulation of cotton dust and the like. Therefore, the inserted tube thread can be easily and reliably pulled out by upward movement of the arm rod fitted into the base portion 4a of the pin 4. Reference numeral 5 denotes an air permeable hole provided in the tray 1, which connects an opening 5a formed on the conical top surface of the pin 4 and a large diameter recess 5b formed on the back surface of the base portion 2 to the pin 4.
The pedestal part 3 and the base part 4a are connected at the center of the
A tapered through hole 5c is formed between the opening 5c and the conical top surface is curved to one side and connected to the opening 5a. Note that this through hole is used when the leading end of the conveying pipe thread is held in the top hole of the bobbin and the thread end is introduced by air flow.
Of course, it can be used as is even if the yarn end is not introduced. The main part of the present invention is to arrange a thin metal plate 6 that covers the entire upper surface of the base part 2 except for the periphery of the integrally molded tray as described above, and this metal plate 6 is placed in the center of the tray so that the diameter of the base part 3 is smaller than the diameter of the base part 3. Forming a hole with a small diameter and larger diameter than the inner diameter of the tapered through hole 5c,
When molding, it is placed in a mold in advance and integrally molded. Note that 6a and 6a are supporting parts when the mold is placed, and also serve as parts in which the metal plate 6 and the resin material are in close contact with each other.

[Effects of the invention] Since the tray of the invention is configured in this way, it is possible to reliably detect passing trays using a light reflection type detection device, and also to prevent the upper surface of the base and the inner surface of the guide rail from being damaged by abrasion and dust. The tray can be free from tray stains and pipe thread stains and can be used for an extremely long period of time. Also reflective,
In the case of a floodlight type, dust may adhere to the surface of the tray, causing malfunctions, but with the tray of this invention, a proximity switch such as a high frequency induction switch can be used, so even if wind Even if cotton etc. adhere to the product, malfunction problems will not occur.
