Claims (1)
- 胴部と下鏡部と上蓋部とから成る缶状容器であ
つて、前記胴部と前記下鏡部とは一体に溶着され
それぞれ２枚の金属板の間に加熱／冷却媒体の流
路が形成された面状熱交換器となつており、前記
上蓋部は前記胴部の上端に気密に取り付け可能に
なつているとともに前記上蓋部又は前記胴部は真
空装置と連結可能になつており、それによつて前
記容器の内部に食品、化学品等の内容物を収納し
た後その容器の内部の加熱／冷却及び真空引きが
できるようになつていることを特徴とする食品等
の気密保存容器。
