本考案は浴槽の給湯に使用される自動給湯装置

湯が増加するに伴つてヘツド差が減少するため
に、ホツパーに落とし込まれる給湯が完全に浴槽
内に入りきる前に、ホツパーの上部から溢れ出る

槽A内に送り込むようにした浴槽用自動給湯装置
であつて、前記循環金具4の上部に前記ホツパー
3からの湯の流入口4aを設けると共に、浴槽A
からの湯を循環ポンプ6を経て再び浴槽Aへ循環
させるための循環路5,7における上記循環金具
4への流入口4bを、上記ホツパー3から循環金
具4への流入口4aの近傍側方部に設け、前記ホ
ツパー3から循環金具4内へ流入する湯を前記循
環路7から循環金具4内へ流入する湯の勢いによ
つて共に浴槽A内へ送り込むよう構成したことを

4bから入つてきた勢いのよい湯が、流入口4a
からの湯を一緒に浴槽A方向に取り去る。これに
よつてホツパー3内の湯は速やかに減少し、自動
給湯管2から落とし込まれる湯がホツパー3内か

の外側面上部の前記流入口4aの近傍側方部に往
き管7の一端が流入口4bとして接続され、その
他端は同じく循環ポンプ6に接続される。前記循
環金具4は浴槽Aの側壁部に突出した形で湯の出

部を越えてから、循環ポンプ6を始動させると、
既に浴槽A内に溜まつている湯の一部が循環金具
4の下部から吸出され、戻り管5内を通過して循
環ポンプ6に戻され、再び往き管6内を通過して
循環金具4の出入口4bに送り込まれる。比所に
おいて上記ホツパー3から循環金具4の上部出入
口4aに落とし込まれた給湯が、上記出入口4b
から流入した勢いのある戻り湯と合流して循環金
具4の上部から浴槽A内へ押し込まれる。従つて
ホツパー3内の湯が速やかに循環金具4内へ流れ
込み、円滑かつ迅速な浴槽への給湯作業が実現さ

循環ポンプを作動させて浴槽内の湯を循環させれ
ば、その戻り湯の運動のエネルギーが上記ホツパ
ーからの給湯と合流して浴槽内へ送り込ますのに
有効に消費され、従来頻発していたホツパー内に
おける給湯の逆流が防止され、浴槽への給湯作業
が円滑、迅速かつ安全に行われる効果が甚だ大き
