る混合防止用パイプ5を有し、ボールタツプ2か
ら供給された水4は前記パイプ5によつて湯3と
分離されていたが、ボールタツプ2に設けた止水
レバー6挿通用の開口部7からの散水8の流出は
防止できず。その散水8は前記パイプ5に入らず
湯3と混合していた。そのため、貯湯槽1の上部
の湯の温度が低下し、貯湯槽1に設けた給湯口
(図示せず)より取り出される湯温が低くなると
いう欠点があつた。

の一実施例を示す図面(第2図〜第4図)に基づ
いて説明する。図において、11及び12は太陽
熱温水器を構成する貯湯槽及び集熱器で、前記貯
湯槽11内にはボールタツプ13と、貯湯槽11
の上部に位置する温まつた湯14とボールタツプ
13下端給水口より供給された水15とが混合す
るのを防止する混合防止用パイプ16が前記給水
口から間隔をあけて設けられている。17の前記
ボールタツプ13の側部に形成した開口部19に
挿通され、前記貯湯11槽湯面に連動して前記ボ
ールタツプ13内の弁体を開閉するように動作す
る止水レバー18の前記ボールタツプ13側面開
口部19近傍位置で、前記ボールタツプ13側面
開口部19に対面して取り付けた板で、この板1
