変えてやるというようなことができないという問

水切板9を隣合う換気ユニツト3の間にて上記コ
ーナー部分に取りつけて、外側水切板2と接続用
水切板9の端部同士をオーバーラツプさせた状態
で換気ユニツト3と接続用水切板9とを接続させ
て成ることを特徴とするものであり、かかる換気
ユニツト3と接続用水切板9とを用いるようにし
て上記目的を達成したものであつて、以下本考案

合その他溶接、リベツト止めなどの手段によつて
内側水切板1と外側水切板2とを一体化して換気
ユニツト3を形成させるようにするものであり、
内側水切板1と外側水切板2との間には内側換気
口4と外側換気口5とが連通する空間6が形成さ
れる。そして換気ユニツト3の両側において内側
水切板1と外側水切板2との間に面戸24を取り
付けて空間6は両側で閉そくされるようにしてあ
る。この換気ユニツト3は例えば高さが20cm程

ので、下屋根と外壁とのコーナー部分への換気ユ
ニツトの取り付ける個数を調整することによつて
換気の能力を調節することができ、家の大きさな
どに応じて換気能力を適正なものとするができる
ものである。また換気ユニツトはユニツト化され
ていて施工の工数を低減することができるもので
ある。しかも内側換気口に蓋体を被嵌し、蓋体を
高い気温の作用で延びて蓋体を押しあげるように
変形する形状記憶合金製のコイル材により支持さ
せているので、夏期など換気が必要なときにコイ
ル材が延びて蓋体を押しあげて内側換気口を大き
く開口させて換気を効率よくできるのであり、逆
に冬期など換気が不要なときにはコイル材は変形
せず蓋体は下がつたままで内側換気口は閉塞され
