ながら揺動するようにした操作レバーにおいて、
操作レバーに連動して揺動する支持ブラケツトを
設け、該支持ブラケツトに係止爪を枢着すると共
に、上記操作レバーを支持ブラケツトに対し位置
移動可能に構成して、操作レバーの移動により、
係止爪が案内ラチエツトに係止する状態と係止爪
の係止が解除された状態とに切換可能としたこと
