の凹陥部列ｌ１〜ｌ６が、短辺Ｓ，Ｓ′と平行な
方向に形成され、隣接する凹陥部列同士の楕円状
凹陥部が互いの楕円状凹陥部の間になるように、
交互にずらして千鳥状に配置され、凹陥部列ｌ１
の楕円状凹陥部２，３，４及び凹陥部列ｌ２，ｌ
３の各楕円状凹陥部は、それぞれの長径が両辺に
対して略同じ方向に傾斜され、凹陥部列ｌ６の楕
円状凹陥部２２，２３，２４及び凹陥部列ｌ４，
ｌ５の各楕円状凹陥部は、それぞれの長径が、上
記凹陥部列ｌ１の楕円状凹陥部２，３，４及び凹
陥部列ｌ２，ｌ３の各楕円状凹陥部の長径と対称
の向きに配置されてあり、さらに、上記各楕円状
凹陥部の略中心位置が、長辺Ｌ，Ｌ′を逆にした
