列間に形成された４個の楕円状凹陥部７，８，９
，１０からなる中央列ｌ３とが、各楕円状凹陥部
の中心位置を隣り合う列の楕円状凹陥部間に位置
させるようにずらして配置されていると共に、上
記中央列の楕円状凹陥部７，８，９，１０はそれ
ぞれの長径を短辺Ｓ，Ｓ′と平行な方向または斜
め方向に向けて配置され、かつ両側列の楕円状凹
陥部１，２，３、４，５，６はそれぞれの長径を
上記長辺と平行な方向または斜め方向に向けて配
置されており、さらに上記各楕円状凹陥部１〜１
０は、上記長辺Ｌ，Ｌ′を逆にした状態で同じ位
置になるよう対称的に配置されていることを特徴
