縮室が吐出口と連通する以前に通じる1対の流体
バイパス孔と、このバイパス孔を開閉するバイパ
ス弁と、このバイパス弁の弁座と、流体バイパス
孔からバイパス弁を開放する方向に付勢するばね
と、流体バイパス孔からバイパスされた流体を吸
入圧力空間に通じる固定スクロール外へ排出する
排出孔とを備えたスクロール圧縮機において、上
記弁座に微小量の流体が漏れ出る漏れ手段を設け
たことを特徴とするスクロール圧縮機。 (2) 弁座の漏れ手段が所定の開口面積を有する
切欠きであることを特徴とする実用新案登録請求
の範囲第(1)項記載のスクロール圧縮機。 (3) 弁座の漏れ手段が、弁座面を所定の粗さに
