Blood tests performed on patients in medical care are usually
As shown in Fig. 1, a predetermined amount of blood as a sample is titrated into a large number of test tubes a supported in parallel on a rack 3 (or into a large number of test holes arranged in a titration plate). React with the reagent on the surface of reaction sphere b (beads coated with a reagent that reacts with blood) that has been placed in the tube in advance (the reagent is coated on the inner wall of the test tube or the inner wall of the test hole). ), then wash the reaction bulb b in the test tube a with a washing solution, and remove the washed reaction bulb b.
This is done by inspecting the surface of the The cleaning of the reaction bulb b (or the inner surface of the test tube/test hole) in the test tube a (or test hole) in this test is as follows:
Usually, the rack 3 (or titration plate) for supporting the test tubes a in parallel is set on a base plate 4 provided in the machine frame K of the blood test apparatus M, as shown in FIG. , each test tube a... is on the base plate 4
Reassemble the upper dispensing head A so that it faces the dispensing needles 1 and suction needles 2 that are installed vertically, and from this state, the washing liquid is fed to the dispensing head A and each dispensing needle 1 A certain amount of washing liquid is injected into each test tube a from ..., and then the platform 4 is raised by the lifting device 40 (the dispensing head A may be lowered), and the washing liquid is poured into each test tube a. With the suction needles 2 in the state, the cleaning liquid in each test tube a is suctioned and removed by each suction needle 2 by the operation of the vacuum pump connected to the dispensing head A, and then the base plate 4 is lowered. Then, each suction needle 2 is pulled upward from inside each test tube a, and in this state, the washing liquid is again dispensed, and this process is repeated.

In this conventional means, when the dispensing of the washing liquid is finished, the washing liquid drips from the tip of the dispensing needle 1 over time, and as a result of the dropping of the washing liquid, a large number of the dispensing needles 1... When the cleaning liquid in one dispensing needle 1 runs out and the inner cavity of that dispensing needle 1 becomes empty, the airtightness of the reservoir inside the dispensing head A is broken and the empty dispensing As air flows in from the lumen of needle 1,
There is a problem in that all of the washing liquid accumulated in the reservoir section flows down from all the dispensing needles 1.

That is, by opening the first valve 17 for a certain period of time, a calculated amount of cleaning liquid is dispensed into each test tube a, and when the first valve 17 is closed, the amount of washing liquid from each dispensing needle 1, 1, etc. is dispensed into each test tube a. The injection of the cleaning liquid stops, but in conjunction with the closing operation of the first valve 17, the second valve 51 opens for a certain period of time, and the pipe 12, the distributor 10, the dispensing pipes 11, 11, . . . Suction pressure from the vacuum pump 24 acts on the needles 1, 1, . . . via the bypass pipe 5, and each dispensing needle 1
... A predetermined amount of the washing liquid filling the washing liquid supply path from the inside to the first valve 17 and remaining therein is collected in the collection tank 22 in reverse, and each dispensing needle 1...
It acts to draw out the cleaning liquid from inside. The reverse recovery amount of the washing liquid is determined by changing the liquid level of the washing liquid remaining in the washing liquid supply path from the lower end position of each dispensing needle 1 supported by the dispensing head A. This is to prevent the washing liquid from dripping from each dispensing needle 1 by returning it downward, and the second valve 5
The liquid level position W to be lowered is set by the opening time of 1, but the liquid level position W to be lowered is determined by placing the distributor 10 below the lower end of the dispensing needle 1 as shown in FIG. It is desirable to have it descend to the inside.

As explained above, the cleaning device in the blood test device according to the present invention cleans each test tube (or test hole).
When a fixed amount of washing liquid is dispensed, once the dispensing is finished and the pressure acting on each dispensing needle stops, each dispensing needle becomes a negative pressure. The cleaning liquid in each dispensing needle is drained by connecting it to the collection tank for a certain period of time, so when a predetermined amount of cleaning liquid is dispensed, the liquid drips from the dispensing needle and the cleaning process is completed. The problem of disrupting the amount of liquid and causing uneven washing is eliminated, and each test tube and reaction bulb can be washed accurately.
