(Prior art) The continuous molten metal plating method for steel strips (long plated steel sheets) has traditionally involved passing through a plating bath containing melted plating metals such as zinc and aluminum, and adhering the molten plating metal to a long strip. Various types of plated steel plates are manufactured by wiping the plated steel plates to a predetermined plating area weight. This manufacturing machine uses various rolls such as immersion rolls and guide rolls as part of the attached equipment as long plated steel plate transport rolls, but because they are in contact with high-temperature plated steel plates for long periods of time, they are heat resistant and wear resistant. A roll machine with corrosion resistance and corrosion resistance was required, for example,
Rolls with an electroless nickel plating film on the entire surface as in Publication No. 34905, rolls with a built-up welding layer of Co-Cr-W alloy as in Japanese Patent Publication No. 52-22934, and even Ni-Cr-Mn. Rolls with various coating layers are used, such as sprayed rolls made of alloys such as WC-based alloys or WC-based alloys. These various rolls are required to have wear resistance and are required to be used under high temperature conditions, and exhibit excellent characteristics.

(Problem that the invention aims to solve) However, since conventional rolls have good wettability with molten plated metal, the semi-molten plated metal adhering to the plated steel plate is picked up and solidified, and the surface of the subsequent plated steel plate is There was a problem that caused scratches. A plated steel plate with dents will significantly lose its corrosion resistance, deteriorate its appearance, and
There was a problem of loss of product value.

(Means for Solving the Problems) In order to solve the above-mentioned problems, the present invention provides a roll for transporting hot-dip galvanized steel sheets that prevents the occurrence of pick-up of the galvanized metal. The gist is a melt-plated steel plate conveyor roll in which the circumferential surface of a heat-resistant roll is surrounded by a carbon fiber-based woven fabric, which is further surrounded by a blended multi-woven fabric of aramid resin fibers and carbon fibers.

FIGS. 1 and 2 show an embodiment of the conveying roll of the present invention. In Fig. 1, 1 is a metal roll made of various metal materials such as cast iron, cast steel, and steel.
Rolls of solid or hollow construction are used. 2 is a roll shaft connected to a rotational drive source (not shown). 3 is a carbon fiber-based woven fabric. The carbon fiber-based woven fabric 3 is a single woven carbon fiber fabric and has heat resistance, and is attached to the circumference of the body of the metal roll 1 as a base woven fabric for the multiple woven fabric 4 surrounding it, or is coated with an epoxy heat-resistant adhesive. surround it with Reference numeral 4 denotes a multi-knitted fabric made of aramid resin fibers and carbon fibers, which is constructed as follows, and is surrounded on top of the carbon fiber-based fabric 3. In other words, although carbon fiber has excellent heat resistance and pick-up resistance against molten plating metal, it has low strength, so it is blended with aramid resin fiber, which has excellent heat resistance and strength, and is made into a multi-woven fabric to increase the strength. Further, the blended multi-knitted fabric 4 of aramid resin fibers and carbon fibers may be attached to cover the carbon fiber woven fabric 3, or it may be made into a strip as shown in FIG. 2 and coated with the heat-resistant adhesive described above. It may be surrounded in a spiral manner while being rolled up. A countersunk screw 5 is used along the circumferential direction of the end of the roll surface to fix the surrounding woven fabric, and is provided as necessary. When flat head screws 5 are used, both ends of the roll body are preferably formed to have a smaller diameter than other parts so that flat head screws 5 do not come into contact with the plated steel plate.

(Effects of the invention) The conveyor roll of the invention having the above-mentioned structure does not generate pick-up defects even when it comes into contact with a traveling galvanized steel plate with molten galvanized metal such as zinc or aluminum attached, and can be used continuously for long periods of time. It has features that make it durable for use.
