の位置との距離差を監視する方式であつた。 The method shown in Japanese Patent Application No. 58-141878 is a monitoring method in which the position of an anchored ship is determined from radar echoes. An anchor is characterized in that the average value of the position information is determined, and an alarm is generated when the distance difference between the determined average value and the current position of the ship exceeds a preset value. It is a monitoring method. In other words, the average value of past position information for the certain period of time is
This method assumed a fixed point whose position did not change, and monitored the distance difference between that fixed point and the current position of the ship.

Another problem was that a large amount of hardware and calculation time were required to store the position information and calculate the average value.

ことができる。(Function) According to the present invention, an anchor-dragging monitoring device is realized with the above-described configuration, and the center position of a given anchoring point is assumed to be a fixed point whose position does not change, and the position of the fixed point and the radar are observed. The system calculates the distance difference between the current position of the ship and generates a warning by comparing that distance difference with the radius given in advance to the fixed point, so even if the ship is drifting at very low speed, it can be detected immediately. can be detected and the shortcomings of the prior art can be overcome.

This is a signal input converter that processes the radar signal and outputs it as a digital signal. In other words, the signal input converter 2 processes the radar echo signals of ships at anchor, converts the position of the ship (hereinafter referred to as observation ship position), etc. into a digital signal, and also provides an identification number ( (hereinafter referred to as ID).
