[Industrial Application Field] This invention relates to a water-absorbing curing sheet used for various types of mortar and concrete for civil engineering and construction, as well as concrete products. It is easy to handle, has increased strength after curing, and provides protection during curing. It also makes perfect. [Prior Art] The strength of mortar and concrete depends on the water/cement ratio, and the smaller the ratio, the greater the strength. Although cement dispersants and the like have been used to reduce the amount of water during pouring, it has been impossible to reduce the amount beyond a certain limit from the viewpoint of workability. Therefore, immediately after pouring, water-absorbing resin, paper,
Perforated cloth was placed on the surface to absorb the water. On the other hand, if there is insufficient moisture during the period when hardening continues after pouring, defects such as cracks will appear on the surface, so during this period it is recommended to cover the surface with bamboo mats or sheets and sprinkle water to prevent water from escaping. It was being done. [Problems that the invention aims to solve] In the production of mortar and concrete, concrete is poured into forms, and after reaching a specified strength, it is removed from the mold and cured using curing materials as necessary to achieve the desired strength. However, due to differences in materials, types of formwork, construction methods, etc., mortar/concrete pouring surfaces can lead to defects such as air bubbles, blisters, and uneven pouring, and improvements in aesthetics and performance are desired. . Furthermore, curing of mortar/concrete after demolding is a necessary process in order to obtain good physical properties of mortar/concrete, but it is complicated and requires strict process control such as the use of curing materials. [Means for Solving the Problems] In order to solve these problems, the inventors of the present invention have conducted various studies and found that they have developed a method that absorbs water during pouring and prevents water from escaping during the hardening period after demolding. We have developed a water-absorbing curing sheet that acts as a curing material. Its composition is
A water-absorbing material layer is provided on a support, a layer coated with an adhesive is provided, and if necessary, a release paper layer is provided to protect the adhesive layer. As the water-absorbing material support, cloth, non-woven fabric, paper,
A water-absorbing organic support such as a pulp sheet or a water-absorbing resin, or a resin matrix containing a water-absorbing inorganic material such as a hydrous gel, zeolite, or montmorillonite as a filler can be used. The adhesive properties of adhesives are easily degraded by the presence of alkaline water. Examples of this include commercially available emulsion adhesives, certain surfactants, polyethylene glycols, cellulose derivatives, and superabsorbent resins. Examples of adhesives include adhesives containing a suitable amount of hydrophilic substances such as the like, or adhesives based on organic solvents with a high content of carboxylic acid. The method of using this product is to attach the adhesive side to the formwork surface, removing the release paper provided as necessary, and insert it between the two so that the water-absorbing material layer is in contact with the mortar/concrete. The present invention will be explained in more detail with reference to the drawings.
Figure 1 is a cross-sectional view of the water-absorbing curing sheet of the present invention, Figure 2
The figure is a cross-sectional view of the product when it is used. In the figure, 1 is a water-absorbing material layer, 2 is an adhesive layer whose adhesiveness decreases due to the presence of alkaline water, 3 is release paper, 4 is mortar/concrete, and 5 is a water-absorbing material layer. It is a formwork. [Example] The present invention will be explained below with reference to an example. First, the basis weight of the water-absorbing material layer as a support.
A 200 g/ m2 paper is used, and one side is coated with a non-ionic acrylic emulsion adhesive (manufactured by Nippon Carbide Industries Co., Ltd., trade name NICAZOL KP-491) as an adhesive that causes a decrease in adhesion when exposed to alkaline water. A water-absorbing curing sheet of the present invention was prepared by applying a surfactant (trade name: Nonion 210, manufactured by Nippon Oil & Fats Co., Ltd.) at a solid content of 10% to the emulsion, and providing a release paper layer on the surface. The release paper layer of this water-absorbing curing sheet is peeled off, the adhesive layer is used to adhere it to the formwork surface, concrete is poured, and the mold is removed after 3 days.A curing sheet consisting of a water-absorbing material layer (paper) is placed on the concrete surface. remains. 7
After 28 days, sample cores with a diameter of 10 cm and a length of 20 cm were collected, the compressive strength was measured, and the surface smoothness was observed.

The water in the mortar/concrete is absorbed by the water-absorbing substance, increasing the strength of the mortar/concrete. On the other hand, the adhesive layer adheres to the formwork and the mortar
Since the adhesion is reduced by alkaline water from the concrete, the step of applying a release agent can be omitted, and the formwork can be easily removed after a predetermined period of time, eliminating the need for cleaning the formwork. Even after the formwork is removed, this water-absorbing curing sheet remains on the mortar and concrete surface to provide a curing effect, but its strength can be further improved by sprinkling water on it. As described above, this water-absorbing curing sheet is extremely easy to handle, simplifies the process, increases the strength of mortar and concrete, and smoothes the surface, which has great effects.
