【実用新案登録請求の範囲】 (1) 互いに平行に配置された1対の回転軸の少
なくとも一方に設けられてなり、該一方の回転軸
に回転一体にかつ摺動不能に固定された固定シエ
イブと、該回転軸に回転一体にかつ摺動可能に支
持され、上記固定シエイブとの間に断面V字状の
ベルト溝を形成する可動シエイブとからなる可変
プーリを備えるとともに、上記可動シエイブを固
定シエイブに対し接離させてプーリ径を変化させ
る変速切換機構を備え、上記可変プーリのプーリ
径の変更により両回転軸間の変速比を低速状態な
いし高速状態に切り換えるようにしたプーリ式無
段変速機において、上記可動シエイブのボス部内
周には回転軸の軸心と平行に延びる有底の係合溝
が形成されている一方、回転軸の外周にはピンが
突設され、該ピンの先端部には上記係合溝内を転
動するローラが回転自在に支持されていることを
特徴とするプーリ式無段変速機。 (2) 可変プーリは、可動シエイブが可変プーリ
の低速状態に対応する低速位置から高速状態に対
応する高速位置と反対側に移動したときに両回転
軸間の動力伝達が遮断されるニユートラル状態を
有しており、可動シエイブの係合溝側面には、可
変プーリのニユートラル状態で、可動シエイブを
回転軸に対し相対回転させるように回転軸又は可
変プーリに駆動トルクが作用したときにローラか
ら押圧されて可動シエイブを高速側から低速側へ
向かう方向に移動させる傾斜面が形成されている
