- セラミツク製の炉心管の外周にヒータが配置さ
れ、前記炉心管内でガラス微粒子体の熱処理を行
うガラス微粒子体の熱処理装置において、前記炉
心管は前記ヒータによるヒータゾーンに存在する
ヒータゾーン管部と前記ヒータゾーンから外れた
非ヒータゾーンに存在する非ヒータゾーン管部と
に分割されていることを特徴とするガラス微粒子
体の熱処理装置。
