In Japanese-style architecture, the ridge of the roof is covered with tiles and crowns, giving it a majestic beauty. However, although these Japanese tile roofs have good insulation properties, they have the characteristic of being difficult to cool down once warmed up, so the ceiling gets hot at night during summer months, so even if you use an air conditioner, it doesn't work and the room becomes stuffy. Another drawback was that the ceiling was cooled during the winter, causing condensation.

This invention was developed in view of the above points, and by ventilating the attic without compromising the beauty of Japanese tile roofs, it is possible to prevent hot flashes on the ceiling in the summer and dew condensation in the winter. The purpose is to provide a roof ridge structure.

That is, in the present invention, a ventilation ridge cover with an approximately inverted U-shaped cross section that is open at the bottom is mounted on the roof board of the roof ridge, and a communication hole is provided at the top of the roof board to connect the inside of the ventilation ridge cover. Ventilation holes are drilled in the deep grooves of grooves recessed toward the inside of both sides of the ventilation ridge cover to communicate with the lower surface of the roof board, and on the outside of both sides of the ventilation ridge cover. The above objective was achieved through a roof ridge structure consisting of stacking roof tiles, providing ventilation holes leading to the outdoors between the upper and lower tiles, and placing crown tiles between the tiles on both sides. This is what I did.

The present invention will be explained in detail below with reference to Examples. As shown in FIG. 1, a ventilation ridge cover 2 having a substantially inverted U-shaped cross section and opening at the bottom is mounted over the entire length of the roof board 1 at the ridge of the roof. A concave groove 8 with side openings is provided in the longitudinal direction on both sides 5, 5 of the ventilation ridge cover 2, and a ventilation hole 4 is provided in the inner surface of the concave groove 8. A large number of holes are provided in the longitudinal direction. In addition, a communication port 3 is formed at the top of the shedding board 1 to communicate the inside of the ventilation ridge cover 2 and the small roof 9 below the shedding board 1. A mounting piece 10 extends diagonally downward on both sides from the lower ends of both side pieces 5, 5 of the ventilation ridge cover 2, and this mounting piece 10 is placed on the field board 1, and the mounting piece 10 A flat tile 11 is installed on the top surface of the roof. Furthermore, a tile 6 is loaded on the outside of both side pieces 5, 5 of the ventilation ridge cover 2, and an upper tile 12 with an arcuate cross-section opening downward and an upper tile 12 on the upper surface of the lower tile 6b open downward. Lower tiles 13 opening to the top are arranged alternately. Top and bottom tiles 1
The ends of 2 and 13 are inserted into the groove 8 of the ventilation ridge cover 2. Furthermore, an upper tile 6a is stacked on the upper surface of the upper and lower tiles 12, 13, and a ventilation hole 7 is formed between the upper and lower tiles 6a, 6b. The ventilation hole 4 communicates with the outdoors. In the figure, 14 is a roof tile 6a on both sides so as to cover the top surface of the ventilation ridge cover 2 with a crown.
It is placed across the top surface of 6a.

Therefore, the attic 9 communicates with the outdoors through the communication opening 3, the ventilation hole 4, and the ventilation hole 7, so that the air in the attic 9 can be exhausted outdoors as shown in FIG. This makes it possible to ventilate the hot air in the attic 9 in the summer and the moisture-containing air in the winter. Also, 3.0 for Noshi tile 6 above.
Since the slope of ~4.0 dimensions is provided, the ventilation hole 7 formed by the upper and lower tiles 6a and 6b.
This prevents rainwater from entering the building. In addition, the ventilation hole 4 of the ventilation ridge cover 2 is bored at the inner surface of the groove 8, and the ventilation hole 4 of the ventilation ridge cover 2
Since it is covered from above by the extending portion 16, rainwater does not enter the inside through the ventilation hole 4.

In addition, FIG. 3 shows another embodiment, in which a long V-shaped groove 1 in the direction of the eave ridge is formed on the lower surface of the upper row tile 6a.
8 are recessed, and a long V-shaped groove 18 is recessed in the upper surface of the lower tile 6b in the direction of the eaves, and the upper and lower tile tiles 6a and 6b are aligned to form the upper and lower V-shaped grooves 1.
8 and 18 form a ventilation hole 7. The crown tiles are omitted. Further, the shape of this groove may be a concave groove 19 as shown in FIG.

As mentioned above, the present invention communicates the inside of the ventilation ridge cover mounted on the field board of the roof ridge with the bottom surface of the field slope, and holes for ventilation are bored in both sides of the ventilation ridge cover. The tiles are loaded on the outside of both sides of this ventilation ridge cover, and a ventilation hole leading to the outdoors is provided between the upper and lower tiles, so the tiles can be loaded on the ridge of the roof. In addition to giving the beautiful appearance of a Japanese tile roof, the attic and the outdoors can be communicated through the ventilation holes in the roof tile, making it easy to form a ventilation channel and providing excellent workability. This ventilator prevents hot flashes on the ceiling in the summer and condensation in the winter, and the ventilation holes are located deep in the grooves that are recessed toward the inside of both sides of the ventilation ridge cover. Even though the attic can be ventilated because of the perforations, even if rainwater enters through the crown tile, it will not enter the ventilation hole, ensuring that the rain will be shut off.
