利用されている。(Prior Art) Conventionally, as is well known, for the external insulation walls of such concrete buildings, closed-cell aggregate insulation materials, such as petrochemical insulation materials, are attached to the concrete external walls to provide a thermal insulation effect. Many of these materials have poor resistance to temperature changes and high temperatures, such as deterioration of the materials due to temperature rises and changes in material dimensions due to air expansion in closed cells, and also have poor fire resistance. It is well known that there are also problems, and
Wood-based cement boards are another heat-insulating material used for heat-insulating walls, but as is well known, these wood-based cement boards have excellent adhesion to concrete and fire resistance, and are resistant to dimensional changes due to sudden changes in temperature. It is said to be the most suitable material for external insulation walls and is widely used.

目的で考案されたものである。(Problem to be solved by the invention) However, when the above-mentioned wood-based cement board is used to form an external insulation wall, the surface finish is generally painted with cement mortar; Because of this rapid drying, the mortar dries before it gains strength, and this causes significant shrinkage cracks, which poses a problem when used as an exterior material. This invention solves these problems and establishes an external insulation wall structure using wood cement boards (wood wool board, wood fiber cement board, wood chip cement board, and equivalent products), and solves the recent problems. It was devised for the purpose of providing an external insulation wall structure that solves all of the problems of cracks, destruction, and condensation caused by expansion and contraction due to temperature differences in concrete buildings.

A wood cement board 2, such as a wood fiber cement board (hereinafter referred to as a "mokusen board"), is placed on the outside of a concrete outer wall 1, and then dried. and asphalt on the surface of mortar layer 3.
The asphalt layer 4 is formed by coating or spraying to a thickness of about 0.5 m/m to 1 m/m, and the exterior material layer 5 is formed by spraying an exterior material such as ricin on the surface of the asphalt layer 4. It is something to be finished.

る考案である。(Effects of the invention) As a result of implementing this invention on an area of about 100 m 2 and conducting an experiment with 10 openings, it was found that base mortar cracks occurred at 1 place per 2 m 2 , but after finishing. Good results were obtained with no cracks observed in the finished surface after the 6th month. In other words, in the case of spray-finishing exterior materials, cracks do not occur due to shrinkage of the material itself, but in the conventional case, if a crack occurs in the underlying mortar, it often follows and causes a crack in the same location. In this invention, the asphalt acts as a buffer material and does not transmit the shrinkage movement caused by mortar cracks to the asphalt surface, and the exterior material sprayed on the surface does not follow the movement caused by mortar cracks, so no cracks occur. be. In addition, the asphalt can also be expected to have a waterproof effect, and this is a design that can be expected to have the best effect as an external insulation wall structure using a wood-based insulation material.
