のケーブル定着部の防食方法に関する。

つてきている。しかし乍ら、アンカー先端、定着
部は被覆シースとグリース等の潤滑防錆剤が除去
され、PC鋼より線は、裸の状態に置かれること
になる。その為、従来雨水等の外部還境に曝ろさ
れ易いアンカーヘツドより外側の部分なケーブル
全体にキヤツプ等を被せ、そのキヤツプ内にグリ
ース等を充填することによつて保護したきた。と
ころがアンカーヘツド内側の保護にはそれほど注
意が払われなかつた。しかしこの部分に於いて
も、ボーリング孔内からの流出水が存在する時、
また被覆シースの外側のボーリング孔内にグラウ
トを充填しても不完全でアンカーヘツド下側に空
隙が出来る可能性のある時等は、直接外部環境に
曝ろされる外側の部分と同様の保護をする必要が
ある。

した所定の貫通孔を有する底版をもつ鋼又はプラ
スチツクからなる管で保護し、その空間部には充
填材を注入すると同時に弾性材を、底版と鋼板又
は硬質プラスチツク板との間に挿入しこの両者を
締めつけ、弾性材を変形させ、上記被覆部と密着
させることを特徴とするケーブル定着部の防食方
法である。

線を使用したアンカーのケーブル定着部の断面図
である。第1図中1はシースで被覆したアンボン
ドPC鋼より線であつて、裸のPC鋼より線1′の
周囲にポリエチレンからなる被覆シースで被覆
し、空隙部をグリースで充填したものである。こ
のシースで被覆したアンボンドPC鋼より線1の
緊張定着する為に、アンカーヘツド2にはクサビ
3が配置される孔が設けてあるが、この孔の下側
よりケーブル端末にかけてグリースと被覆シース
が除去されている。このグリースと被覆シースが
除去された裸の部分と、それに続くシース部ケー
ブルを構成するPC鋼より線1とボーリング孔内
にグラウトを注入し、排気する為のホース等が貫
通する孔を有する底版13が取りつけてあるアン
カープレート4に接続されたプラスチツク又は鋼
からなる管12で保護する。そしてこの管の底版
に適度な弾性変形が可能な弾性材料5、例えばゴ
ムのようなもの、をもう一枚の硬いプラスチツク
板又は鋼板6ではさみ、ボルト7で弾性材料を締
めつける。これにより弾性材料が、変形し被覆材
に横方向から圧力を加えることにより被覆材とゴ
ムが密着し、ボーリング孔内からの流出水が被覆
シースを伝わつて定着部付近の裸のPC鋼より線
1′のところに到達することを防ぐことが出来る。
さらには管内の空間部をモルタル、レジン又はグ
リース等の充填材9を注入充填する2重の保護に
よつてアンカーヘツド2内側のケーブルを外部環
境から確実に保護することが出来る。

実施されている防食手段は、アンカーヘツド2よ
り外側部分であり、これはアンカーヘツド2の外
側ケーブル全体にキヤツプ10を被せ、ゴム等の
耐食性のあるかつ弾性材料11を介してアンカー
プレート4にボルトで締めつけ、キヤツプ10内
にモルタル、シシン又はグリース9を注入充填し
たものである。第2図に示すように、本発明の防
食手段と従来のそれとを組み合せることにより、
アンボンドPC鋼より線を使用したアンカーのケ
ーブルの定着部の完全な防食を提供することが出
来る。尚本発明においてアンカープレート10に
接続された管が鋼製の時は、これ自体の耐蝕性を
向上させる為に亜鉛メツキ又は粉体塗装したもの
を用いることも出来る。
