決めをする位置決めヘツドと、該位置決めヘツド
が設けられた位置決め器に平衡スプリングを介し
て取付けられ、ワークの外面との接触がワークの
位置決めと共にソフトタツチする渦電流による測
定センサーとより構成され、ワークの外面より当
てられた測定センサーによるインピーダンス値の
変化でワークにおける内周面の焼入れ状態を検出
することを特徴とする内周面焼入品の焼入れ状態
