検出手段と、 少なくとも該検出手段からの信号及び前記第１
のスロツトルバルブ開度センサからの信号に基づ
いて前記第２のスロツトルバルブの開度を制御す
る信号をアクチユエータに出力する制御手段であ
つて、更に、前記第２のスロツトルバルブ開度セ
ンサに異常が発生したときは、第２のスロツトル
バルブを徐々に全開状態に移動せしめる信号をア
クチユエータに出力する機能を付加した制御手段
