Claims (1)
- 【実用新案登録請求の範囲】 温度制御されているホルダ１と、 該ホルダの内部に設けられたリード線１２ａを
有する発光素子１２と、 前記ホルダにその一端が接続された熱交換素子
２１と、 該熱交換素子の他端であつて、前記ホルダの接
続端と反対側に接続されている放熱手段２２とか
ら成り、 前記発光素子に電流を供給するためのリード線
の一部が少なくとも前記ホルダの一部に固着して
外部に導出されてなることを特徴とする光源装置
。
