Claims (1)
- 表皮材３とフオーム材４との積層体からなるシ
ートカバー１の内部でポリウレタン発泡原液を一
体発泡させ、フオーム材４の内面に含浸硬化層５
を形成した表皮一体発泡成形シートであつて、含
浸硬化層５の下端部がシート底面の外周縁に達し
ており、シートカバー１の下端の含浸硬化層５の
ない端末部６がポリウレタン発泡体２の下面に形
成された凹部１０に折り曲げられて固定されてい
ることを特徴とする表皮一体発泡成形シート。
