散しようとするトナークラウドをすべて吸引しき
れず、その一部を感光体ドラム1の表面上に飛散
させて、アウトプツトであるコピー上にのせてし
まい、当該コピーのバツクグランドに悪影響を及
ぼすといつた欠点と、該サクシヨン部3の吸引口
4は第2図に示すように構成されていたためエア
の吸引力が不均一であり、そのため該吸引口より
吸引されるトナークラウドは吸引力の強い部分に
集中する傾向があり、そのためトナークラウドの
発生量の多い場合、当該トナークラウドは吸引力
の強い吸引口4の両端部分に集中し、これがコピ
ー上の両端部のバツクグランドをひどく汚すとい
つた欠点があつた。

の内部には仕切りを設けることによつて、当該吸
引口へ吸引するトナークラウドを吸引口の全面に
亘つて均等な吸引力とした電子写真複写機等等の
トナークラウド防止装置を提供することを目的と
する。

サクシヨン部12の吸引口13は前記感光体ドラ
ム5の一周辺に近接して設けた現像機6内のマグ
ロール10の下面の一周辺に向けて配置すると共
に、該吸引口13は第4図に示すように、その内
部の適所に仕切り14を配置する。

イール8からクロスミキシングプレート9によつ
てトナー含有率を軸方向に均一化されマグロール
10上へとピツクアツプされる。該マグロール1
0上にピツクアツプされたトナーはトリマープレ
ート11によつて適量に現像剤量を制御されて感
光体ドラム5の静電潜像へと搬送される。その過
程になつて、トナークラウドは上記現像機6内で
トナーがブレンダー7、パドルホイール8、マグ
ロール10等によつて撹拌搬送されて行く段階で
発生する。そして、該トナークラウドは前記現像
機6の下部に設けたサクシヨン部12の吸引口1
3によつて遂次吸引されて行くのであるが、当該
吸引口13は、その向きが上述のようにマグロー
ル10の下面の一周辺に向けて穿設配置されてい
るため、トナークラウドはマグロール10の周辺
からこの吸引口13を介してサクシヨン部12内
へとすべて吸引されエアフイルターへと負圧で吸
引されて行くことになる。このトナークラウドを
吸引口13からサクシヨン部12内へ吸引する際
に吸引口13内の適所には仕切り14……が配置
されていて、エアの吸引力は当該吸引口13にお
いて、全面に亘つて均一になるように構成されて
いるため、トナークラウドは当該吸引口13で、
その両端部分に集中することなく全面均一の状態
で吸引されて行く。

ヨン部12内に吸引する際に吸引口13自体が、
その内部の適所に仕切り14……を適数配置する
ことにより、該個所からのエアの吸引力を吸引口
13の全面に亘つて均一化するように構成されて
いるので、前記トナークラウドはこの吸引口13
の両端部分に集中して吸引されることはなく、従
つて従来この集中吸引によつて発生していたコピ
ー上の両端部のバツクグランドをひどく汚す等も
ほぼ完全に防止でき、常時良質のコピーを提供で
きるといつた効果も有する。
