- 両端に開口部が形成された筒状体と、この筒状
体の一方の開口部の周囲に設けられた伸縮自在な
バルーンとを備え、前記バルーンが設けられた開
口部側が創部に装着され、該バルーンが拡大され
、前記筒状体内に灌流液が入れられ、腹腔内を灌
流することを特徴とする腹膜腔拡大器。
