This invention relates to a method for manufacturing a novel bag-like folder for files, called a folder or pocket file, in which documents are stored and bound in a binder or the like.

It is normal not to have one. As an exception, documents that are double-sized can also be bound in a double-page spread, and the three outer edges excluding the binding margin are sealed. It is known that an opening is formed at the position for taking in and taking out documents. However, with this known method, when a double-sized document is to be stored in a double-page spread, half of the document is first inserted into one side bag through the opening at the center position, and then the other half is inserted into another bag. Not only is it troublesome to handle, but the document must be bent sufficiently before being inserted, so there is a risk of damaging the document. Furthermore, since a certain amount of space must be left between the openings formed in the center of the left and right bags when the bag is made into a double-page spread, the documents in these areas are exposed and are not protected. If documents of the same size as the bag are inserted separately on the left and right sides, these documents will come into contact with each other at the opening and are likely to be damaged.

を特徴とするものである。 For this reason, in the present invention, a transparent synthetic resin film tube is flattened, and parallel belt-shaped release agents are printed on a part of the surface at regular intervals, and in the process of transporting this tube in the longitudinal direction. , by folding guide members such as gazette pins and folding guide plates, one edge of the tube in the flat state is folded inward to form a binding margin,
Using a similar folding guide member, the edge opposite to the one-side edge is folded to a position near the binding margin to form a pair of storage areas, and at this time, the above-mentioned printed image is formed on opposing positions on the inner surface of the pair of storage areas. A strip of release agent is positioned and then sealed along the entire width of the film along the release agent printing position and cut to seal the lower end of the binding margin and the lower edge of each storage section, and the seal is The manufacturing method is characterized by forming an open upper part by cutting the opposite edge of the part.

The film is stacked in four layers.
A plurality of through holes 3 for binding are formed in this binding margin portion 1. In the embodiment shown in FIG. 1, the binding margin 1 is constructed by folding 2, but in the embodiment shown in FIG. 8, the binding margin 1 is folded back 4 and the film is The structure is such that four sheets are stacked one on top of the other. The embodiment shown in FIG. 1 and the embodiment shown in FIG. 8 are completely similar in other configurations. In the figure, 5 and 5 are a pair of accommodating parts, in which the endless transparent synthetic resin film is made into a flat plate, and the end opposite to the one end forming the binding margin 1 is used for the binding. It is formed by folding 6 close to the substitute portion 1. By sealing the lower edges of the binding margin 1 and the pair of storage parts 5, 5, respectively, the folds 2, 6 are sealed.
The configuration of has been stabilized. Openings 8, 8 for taking in and taking out documents are provided at the top of each bag-like storage section 5, 5.

The mold release agent 11 is sealed along the printed position over the entire width of the sheet 0 and cut at the same time (as shown in the sixth figure). This sealing means is preferably a high-frequency seal, which may be a heat-pressure seal. No. 5 during sealing work
As shown in the figure, since the printing positions of the mold release agents 11, 11 are located on the inner sides of the respective accommodating portions facing each other, the mold release agent 11 positions are not sealed. Of course, it can be accommodated, but since the pair of bag-like storage parts 5, 5 are formed by the fold 6, these are in communication 9. Therefore, documents of twice the size can be stored in both storage sections 5, 5, and can be made into two-page spreads. Moreover, since the documents are taken in and out through the upper openings 8, 8, it is extremely easy to do so without having to bend the documents excessively, and there is no risk of damaging the documents. When the documents are stored, the entire surface is protected by the film, so there is no risk of them being soiled or damaged.
It can exhibit high protection function.
