部分と比較してバリ及びバリ基部周辺は発泡倍率
の低い、密度の高い、すなわち硬いものとなつて
おり、相当の力を加えないとバリを切除できず、
そして、バリを基部から切除するためには、ナイ
フ等をバリ基部が存在する合成樹脂製品の表面に
接触させて使用することが望ましいのであるが、
ナイフ等に力を加えにくく、作業能率が良くない
ので、製品表面に対して斜め、つまり角度をつけ
て使用せざるを得なく、このようにナイフ等を使
用すると、ナイフ等の先端部が製品表面に当るた
めに、バリを基部から完全に切除することができ
ず、バリ切除部が突出する現状であつた。

リの基部に当てて斜めに使用しても、ナイフ等の
先端部が合成樹脂製品の表面に当らずにバリの切
除ができ、力を加え易い角度でナイフ等を用いる
ことができ、硬いバリを基部から完全に切除でき
る利点を有する。
