対応した情報を検出する第２の検出手段と、これ
ら第１、第２の検出手段から得られた情報を比較
していずれの回転数が大きいかを判定する判定手
段と、前記判定手段によつてテープ早送り、巻戻
し走行時にリールモータの駆動力が伝達されてい
る方のリールの回転数が他のリールの回転数より
も大きいと判定されている期間は前記リールモー
タの印加電圧を所定の周期にて漸次最大印加電圧
まで上昇させる速度制御手段とを具備して成るこ
