ケーブル導体に接続した放電電極と、この放電電
極を経由して互いに連通する2本以上の絶縁体チ
ユーブと、前記一方の絶縁体チユーブを通じて前
記放電電極に対し帯電可能な粒子から成る電荷キ
ヤリアを圧送する送風機と、前記他方の絶縁体チ
ユーブから排出される前記電荷キヤリアを除電す
る除電器とから成ることを特徴とするケーブルの
