[Detailed Description of the Invention] [Field of Application of the Invention] The present invention relates to an improvement of an elevator maintenance operation device. [Background of the Idea] Equipment installed in the elevator hoistway, such as the door mechanism on each floor, is inspected and maintained by a maintenance worker who rides on top of the car and operates the car at low speed. However, only the door mechanism on the bottom floor is
It is not possible to inspect the car from above because the side panels of the car get in the way of work. For this reason, an example of a device for inspecting the door mechanism on the lowest floor is disclosed in Utility Model Publication No. 52-40514. This device newly installs a stop switch below the limit switch of the elevator, causes the car to travel downward regardless of the operation of this limit switch, continues traveling from the limit switch operating position to the stop switch, and then stops the car using the stop switch. It was designed to stop it. However, since such a device is generally not installed in newly constructed elevators, a new stop switch and wiring for it must be added, which increases the cost. In addition, the equipment is complicated and the stop switches and limit switches are installed in locations that are difficult to work with, making maintenance and inspection of these equipment extremely troublesome. [Object of the invention] In view of the above-mentioned drawbacks, it is an object of the present invention to provide an elevator maintenance operation device that is simple, operates reliably, and is inexpensive. [Summary of the invention] To achieve this purpose, an outlet with terminals parallel to the contacts of the limit switch is installed above the limit switch, an operating wire is extended through the outlet to the top of the car, and one end of the operating wire is connected to the outlet. A push button is provided to short-circuit the contacts of the limit switch, and by continuing to press this push button and the operation switch, the car can move beyond the limit switch and further downward, allowing the car to move from the top of the car to the door mechanism on the lowest floor. The structure is designed to allow inspection of [Embodiment of the invention] An embodiment of the invention will be described below with reference to the drawings. FIG. 1 shows a schematic diagram of the entire lower part of the hoistway of the elevator maintenance operation device according to the present invention. In the figure, 1 is the car, 2 is the hoistway, and 3 is the hoistway 2.
4 is the door mechanism on the lowest floor 5; 6 is a cam attached to the side wall of car 1 ; 7 is a limit switch attached to the side wall 22 of hoistway 2; By traveling downward and pushing the lever 71 of the limit switch 7 with the cam 6, a contact point 7b inside the limit switch 7 , which will be described later, is opened. Reference numeral 8 denotes a power outlet attached to the side wall 22 of the hoistway 2 , and is connected in parallel to the contact point 7b of the limit switch 7 . Reference numeral 9 indicates an operating line, a detailed view of which is shown in FIG. One end of the operating line 9 is comprised of a plug 91 that can be inserted into the outlet 8, and the other end is a push button 92. A contact 92a of the push button 92 is a normally open contact and is closed only when the push button 92 is kept pressed. . Reference numeral 10 denotes a detection bar, which indicates the position where the bottom of the car 1 has just come into contact with the shock absorber 3 when the car 1 has been lowered.
The length is set to match the bottom of the . FIG. 3 is an electrical wiring diagram of the present invention. In the figure, P and N are the positive and negative terminals of the DC power supply, 11 is a low-speed operation relay when descending, 12b is the b contact of the relay that closes when the high-speed relay (not shown) is de-energized, and 13
a is an operation switch during descending operation. The contact 7b of the limit switch 7 and the contact 92a of the push button 92 are connected in parallel to the outlet 8 via the plug 91. And relay 11, contact 12b, contact 13
a and contact 7b are connected in series. Next, the operation of the present invention will be explained. Now, the high-speed relay (not shown) is deenergized, and contact 12
Assume that b is closed. A maintenance worker gets on top of the car 1 and continues to press the operation switch 13a. P
The relay 11 is energized by the circuits -11-12b-13a-7b-N, and the car 1 is lowered by a control circuit (not shown). Then, the operation switch 13a is released near the door mechanism section 4 to stop the car 1, and the door mechanism section 4 is inspected. Such work is performed on each floor, and when the car 1 reaches the lowest floor, the plug 91 is inserted into the outlet 8. Then, continue to press the operation switch 13a and the push button 92. Basket 1
begins to descend, and first the limit switch 7 is activated by the cam 6.
Push the lever 71, the contact 7b opens, but P
-11-12b-13a-8-91-92a-N
The relay 11 continues to be energized by this circuit, and the car 1 continues to descend further. When the detection bar 10 just reaches the stop position, the push button 92 is released and the car 1
to stop. In this way, the door mechanism section 4 on the lowest floor can be inspected from above the car 1. The above electrical wiring diagram only explains the main points of maintenance operation during descent, but the point is that an outlet connected in parallel with the limit switch contacts is installed near the side wall of the hoistway, and the It goes without saying that the present invention can be applied to any control system as long as the car is lowered by shorting the contacts of the limit switch by pressing a push button on the car. [Effects of the invention] According to the invention, by simply adding a simple device to a conventional elevator, the car can run beyond the restriction switch regardless of the operation of the car restriction switch. Since there is no need to provide a separate stop switch, an inexpensive and easy-to-maintain device can be obtained.
