考案の目的
〔産業上の利用分野〕
本考案は、ワイヤーハーネスを車輌パネル等に
固定する合成樹脂製の支持部材の熱膨張や収縮に
左右されず、安定な接続が得られるように改良さ

従来のワイヤーハーネスWのアース接続構造と
して、第3図aに示すように、アース端子aと車
輌パネルPとで合成樹脂製の電線プロテクタbの
フランジ部cを挟み、ボルトまたはネジdで共締
め固定してアースをとるようにしたものがある。
樋状の電線プロテクタbに代えて第3図bのよう
に割筒状の電線クリツプeをテープ止めfした場
合のアース接続構造も同様である。

よる振動が加わることでボルトが緩み、隙間Vが
生じてアースが不完全になる点が問題となつてい
た。その防止のためボルト締付けを強化すると、
合成樹脂製のフランジ部cに亀裂などが生じ、破
損するおそれがある。

考案の構成

も2個の突片3を対設すると共にワイヤーハーネ
スWを車輌パネルP等に固定する支持部材4のフ
ランジ部5に貫通孔6を設けて前記突片3を貫通
させ、フランジ部5をアース端子2の端子板部2
aと前記車輌パネルP等の間に挟んでボルトまた
