Claims (1)
- 溶融した原料を再析出させることによつて結晶
成長を行う液相エピタキシヤル装置において、一
端で連通された、内外２重構造をなす反応管と、
当該２重構造をなす反応管の外側管の他端と連通
するガス導入管と、上記反応管の内側管の他端と
連通するガス排出管と、を具備することを特徴と
する液相エピタキシヤル成長装置。
