き機構に関するものである。

寒波の襲来等によつて水抜きが全く行なわれてい
なかつたり、不慣れ等によつて水抜きが不十分で
あつたりすると凍結防止を行なえないという問題
点がある。

は、該水抜きすべき部分2よりも上流側で下方の
給水管3個所に、下流側を共通ポートcに、他の
一方のポートaを上流側に対応させるように三方
弁4を構成する。そして他のポートbに常時開状
態の排水管5を構成する。三方弁4は手動操作の
ものでも良いし、自動操作のものでも良い。尚、
第1図に示す給水系統1は湯沸器の熱交換器6を
経た温水を風呂7に供給するための注湯系統を示
すもので、この実施例に於いて、水抜きすべき部
分2には、ホツパー部8を設けた大気開放部9を
含むものである。

は、温水及び水道水の給水操作を、押しボタン1
6により、三方弁4を操作して行なうことによ
り、該三方弁4から上方の水抜きを行なうことが
できる。このように本考案は適宜の給水系統に適
用し得るものである。

に際しては該排水管が支障とならず、そして該三
方弁を給水停止の状態にすると自動的に排水管を
介して水抜きを行なうことができ、従つて排水管
に栓をしたり、この栓を外したりというような煩
わしく、失念し易い操作をせずに、そして寒波が
突然に来襲したような場合にも確実なる凍結防止
を行なえるという効果がある。殊に本考案は三方
弁内の水も全て排水することができるので、三方
弁自体の凍結防止も行なえるという効果がある。
尚、本考案は、排水管によつて水抜きを行なえる
部分であれば、前述の実施例の他、いかなる給水
系統の、いかなる部分にも適用し得ることは勿論
である。
