Claims (1)
水を呑んで排水を行う内筒と、該内筒の上部との
間に隙間を保つて被さり側面にサイフオン作用停
止用の穴が穿設されるとともに上記内筒の側面と
の間に自然排水量が給水量以下になる隙間を有す
る帽筒状の外筒とを備えてなることを特徴とする
