(Industrial Field of Application) The present invention is a method for copying toner images onto water-soluble paper using ordinary electrostatic copying onto materials such as wood, cloth, glass plates, paper, etc. without using a special machine. The present invention relates to an image transfer method for easily and reliably transferring an image to the surface of a transfer material. (Prior art) Generally, when transferring this type of image to another transfer object,
It uses an expensive machine and can only be transferred onto a flat surface. In addition, in the conventional method, a left-right inverted toner image is transferred to the release surface, an adhesive is applied to this toner image surface and the toner image is dried and adhered, and then the portion of the toner image on the release surface of the sheet is placed on the transfer surface. There are known devices that transfer images by rubbing and pressing. (Problems to be Solved by the Invention) According to the conventional image transfer method described above, it is necessary to make a left-right inverted image copy, and the problem is that an expensive machine is required to create it, and that There was a problem with having to make a copy and recopy the back side. Further, there were other problems such as it was very difficult to apply adhesive evenly to the copy surface, and it was difficult to apply the adhesive to a large area or a document with halftone shading. The present invention is intended to solve two problems. The purpose of the present invention is to make it possible to transfer copies made with ordinary copying machines, and to print fine print, bold print, halftones such as photographs, etc. You can also transcribe originals. Furthermore, the present invention provides a method that allows easy transfer to three-dimensional objects such as wood, metal plates, cloth, glass plates, and synthetic resin plates. (Means for Solving the Problems) In order to achieve the above object, in the image transfer method of the present invention, toner images of letters, designs, etc. (2) is formed. The adhesive layer (4) of the bonding paper base material (3) having the adhesive layer (2) is pressed onto the upper surface of the toner image (2). These are washed with water by spraying or immersion to dissolve the water-soluble paper (1) and transfer the toner image (2) to the adhesive layer (4) of the bonded paper base material (3).
) side. Then, an organic solvent (5) is included in the surface of the toner image (2) to melt the toner image (2), and the toner image surface is pressed against and separated from various transfer materials (6), and then the bonded The toner image (2) is transferred to the transfer material (6) by peeling off the paper base material (3). Furthermore, it is also possible to use the water-soluble paper (1) formed in two layers, a water-soluble paper part (8) that melts in water, and a non-water-soluble paper part (9) that does not melt in water, only on the surface to be copied. . (Function) Next, to explain the steps of the method of use of the present invention, as shown in FIG. do. Next, as shown in the figure (υ), the adhesive layer (4) provided on the bonding paper base (31), such as transparent, is polymerized and pressed from the surface of the toner image (2), and this is washed with water. By (c) transferring the toner image (2) to the adhesive layer (4) shown in the figure. Next, (d) as shown in the figure, an organic solvent (5) that melts the toner is sprinkled, applied, or included on the surface of the toner image (2) to melt the toner and weaken the adhesive force, and the toner image (2) is 2
) from the adhesive layer (4) to the transfer material (6) such as wood, glass plate, cloth, etc. as shown in the figure (e), and press the surface of the toner image (2) to the bonding paper base material (3). By peeling off the layer (4), the image is transferred to the transfer material (6). In addition, as shown in Figure 2, the water-soluble paper (1) is attached to the water-soluble paper part (8).
When the water-soluble paper portion (8) of the water-soluble paper (1) is made into two layers, as shown in Figure 2 (A), the water-soluble paper portion (8) of the water-soluble paper (1)
Copy the toner image (2) to. Next, in Figure 2 (+7
) As shown in the figure, the water-soluble paper portion ( 8), the non-aqueous paper portion (9) is peeled off, and the toner image (2) is transferred to the adhesive layer (4) as shown in FIG. 2(c). The following is similar to Figures (D) to (F) shown in Figure 1, and Figure (D) in Figure 2 shows an organic solvent (5) that melts the toner being sprayed on the surface of the toner image (2). , the toner image (2) is applied to or included in the transfer material (6) from the adhesive layer (4) by melting the toner and weakening its adhesive strength, as shown in FIG. 2 (E). (2) Transfer to the transfer material (6) by pressing the surface and peeling off the bonding paper base material (3) and the adhesive layer (4). (Example) Next, an example of the present invention will be explained with reference to the drawings.
The water-soluble paper (1) shown in the figure, which melts in water, is used as copy paper, and toner images of various characters, designs, etc.
・Copy and form. The adhesive layer (4) of various bonding paper substrates (3) such as transparent sheets coated with a toner image (adhesive layer from the upper surface of 2+ +21) is polymerized and pressed as shown in Figure 1 (TJ). . Then, by spraying or dipping water on this polymerized water-soluble paper (1), the water-soluble paper (1) is formed.
melts, toner image +21 +21 becomes the adhesive layer (4)
It remains on the surface and is transferred. Next, an organic solvent (5) that melts the toner is applied or included on the toner image +21 +21 to dissolve the toner and weaken the adhesive force, and the toner image (2) is applied to a wooden board, a synthetic resin board, or a glass board. It is overlapped and pressure-bonded to various transfer materials (6) such as plates and cloth. After that, the adhesive layer (4) is provided and the bonding paper base material (3) is bonded.
toner image (2) on the surface of the transfer material (6).
The image is transferred while leaving the . Furthermore, the embodiment shown in FIG. 2 uses the water-soluble paper (1) formed into two layers, the water-soluble paper portion (8) and the non-water-soluble paper portion (9), as described above. Note that the organic solvent (5) must be one that dissolves the synthetic resin in the toner to provide adhesive properties and at the same time prevents the toner from flowing. The components of toner vary from manufacturer to manufacturer, and it is necessary to use an organic solvent suitable for each manufacturer. Specifically, in consideration of low toxicity, normal hexane and 1.1.1. ) It works well when used in combination with lychloroethane. A table comparing the current copying machines is shown on the next page. Toner and Solvent Matching Test) Result 7~ (Effects of the Invention) Since the present invention is configured as explained above, according to the present invention, a copy made by a normal copying machine can be
It has the effect of being able to be easily transferred to various types of paper, such as wood, fabric, glass plates, etc., without using expensive machines and using relatively inexpensive materials, and it is also possible to transfer fine print, bold print, photographs, etc. for copying. It has the effect of reliably and clearly transferring even half-tone originals. Since letters and patterns are copied onto water-soluble paper that dissolves in water, the effects of being able to freely select the letters, patterns, etc. are very convenient, and the bonding paper base is coated with an adhesive layer from the top surface of the toner image. By pressing the materials together and washing them in water, the water-soluble paper dissolves in a short time, making it possible to easily transfer letters and patterns onto the adhesive layer. By simply incorporating an organic solvent into the surface of the toner image, the toner image can be brought into a floating state, polymerized and pressure-bonded to various transfer materials, and transferred easily by simply peeling off the bonding paper base together with the adhesive layer. Unprecedented convenience. There is an effect.

Detailed Description of the Invention (Industrial Application Field) The present invention is a method for copying toner images copied onto water-soluble paper by ordinary electrostatic copying onto wood, fabric, glass, etc. without using a special machine. The present invention relates to an image transfer method for easily and reliably transferring an image onto the surface of a transfer material such as a board or paper.
(Problems to be Solved by the Invention) According to the conventional image transfer method described above, it is necessary to make a left-right inverted image copy, and the problem is that an expensive machine is required to create it, and that There was the problem of having to make a copy and recopy the back side. Also, it is very difficult to apply adhesive evenly to the copy surface.
There have been problems such as difficulty with manuscripts with large areas or with half-tone shading. The present invention is intended to solve the above-mentioned problems, and its purpose is to make it possible to transfer copies made with ordinary copying machines, and to make it possible to transfer originals with fine print, bold print, and half-tone originals such as photographs. can also be transcribed. Furthermore, the present invention provides a method that allows easy transfer to three-dimensional objects such as wood, metal plates, cloth, glass plates, and synthetic resin plates. Furthermore, the embodiment shown in FIG. 2 uses the water-soluble paper (1) formed into two layers, the water-soluble paper portion (8) and the non-water-soluble paper portion (9), as described above. This is what is shown. It is convenient to use it in combination with l-lichloroethane. A table comparing the current copying machines is shown on the next page. Matching of Toner and Solvent 1 - Results FIG. 1 is an explanatory diagram showing the working process of the present invention, and FIG. 2 is an explanatory diagram of the working process using another water-soluble paper. Code (1) is water-soluble paper,
(2) is the toner image, (3) is the bonding paper base, 4) is the adhesive layer, (5) is the organic solvent, (6) is the transfer material, (f) is the water-soluble paper part, (9) is the non-stick layer, This is the water-soluble paper part. <Effects of the Invention> Since the present invention is configured as explained above, according to the present invention, a copy made by a normal copying machine can be
The effect is that it can be easily transferred to various types of paper, such as wood, fabric, glass plates, etc., without using expensive machines and using relatively inexpensive materials, and it is also possible to transfer fine print, bold print, photographs, etc. for copying. It has the effect of reliably and clearly transferring even halftone originals. Since letters and designs are copied onto water-soluble paper that melts in water, we have the advantage of being able to freely select the letters, patterns, etc., which is very convenient, and also using a bonding paper base material with an adhesive layer on the top surface of the toner image. By press-bonding and rinsing it under water, the water-soluble paper dissolves in a short period of time, allowing characters and patterns to be easily transferred to the adhesive layer. By simply incorporating an organic solvent into the surface of the toner image, the toner image can be brought into a floating state, polymerized and pressure-bonded to various transfer materials, and transferred easily by peeling off the bonding paper base together with the adhesive layer. Unprecedented convenience. There is an effect.
