2. Description of the Related Art Conventionally, the technique of transferring toner of this type of copy mainly involves making a copy using a transfer sheet having a release agent applied to the surface of a synthetic resin film, and then applying heat to the toner. In general, an adhesive was applied to perform pressure transfer. However, since the transfer by heat uses a machine such as an iron and a heat roller, the cost is extremely high, and there is a problem that there is a fear that a burn due to heat may occur. In addition, when an adhesive is used, the adhesive is transferred to a blank portion other than the image, and the transferred surface becomes sticky, and the transferred image comes off immediately upon rubbing. Furthermore, a method of transferring a copy with a solvent has been known for a relatively long time under the trade name "Tensial" of Mutoh Kogyo Co., Ltd., but the transfer paper used has a water-soluble paste applied to the surface of the paper. After a copy is made on the transfer paper, a solvent is impregnated in the toner to generate an adhesive force, and after being pressed against the material, water is applied to peel off the paper. In this case, To use water,
There was a drawback that it could not be transferred to a water-sensitive material and a drawback that the work was complicated. In order to solve these drawbacks, there has been provided a method in which copy transfer can be easily performed by using an organic solvent in combination with copy paper using release paper. The problem to be solved by the present invention has been found that the method of impregnating the toner with an organic solvent is based on the fact that the priority is placed on the practicality of the method. It has been found that it is most effective to apply an organic solvent from the back side of the copy sheet, pass the sheet through, and melt the toner. Further, the copy fixing strength for toner and paper used in an electrostatic copying machine varies depending on the copying machine manufacturer, and there is a considerable difference between different copying machines even with the same manufacturer. For this reason, simply applying a release agent such as a silicone resin to a sheet of paper causes a phenomenon such that the toner is not easily fixed in a copy machine having a low fixing power, and the image is disturbed. The present invention has been devised in view of the above-mentioned conventional problems, and uses a support paper of a type in which an organic solvent penetrates as copy paper, and a release agent layer of a silicone resin in which an organic solvent penetrates. By providing a fine powdery transparent resin layer through which an organic solvent such as a transparent printing varnish permeates further, a copy paper for transfer having excellent fixability and transfer performance of copy toner is provided. .

In order to achieve the above object, the transfer copy paper of the present invention uses a support paper in which an organic solvent permeates a sheet of high-quality paper as a support. Since this support paper is transported into the copier, it must have any copy suitability. That is, it is necessary to have good flatness, no curvature, high surface smoothness, and good heat resistance and chargeability. A release agent of a silicone resin, which is in the form of a fine powder and in which an organic solvent permeates, is applied to the support paper. Normally, when applying silicone resin to paper, it is common to coat the polyethylene resin in advance to prevent waste of the application amount due to impregnation. Is weak to heat and cannot be used because it shrinks due to the fixing heat of the copier. That is, since the silicone resin does not form a film, the organic solvent can pass freely. In addition, a transparent resin layer in which the organic solvent passes in the form of fine powder is laminated so that the toner does not slip on the surface of the release agent of the silicone resin. The required property of this transparent resin layer is transferred to the material together with the toner. Therefore, it is necessary to be transparent, to allow the organic solvent to pass freely, and to not deteriorate the copy suitability of the paper. Since the support paper is paper, if a coating is laminated thereon, not only the organic solvent does not pass, but also the paper may be curled due to the bimetal effect due to heat or moisture. Therefore, the applied resin does not become a film,
It is desirable to be in the form of fine powder.

DESCRIPTION OF THE PREFERRED EMBODIMENTS Referring to the drawings, an embodiment of the present invention will be described with reference to the drawings. As shown in FIG. 1, a copy paper (1) is formed on a surface of a support paper (2) serving as a support through which an organic solvent penetrates. Without forming a film on the back surface, a release layer (3) made of a silicone resin through which an organic solvent permeates is formed. This release layer (3)
And a transparent resin layer (4) in the form of fine powder in which an organic solvent for preventing the toner from slipping on the surface of the transparent resin layer (4) is laminated. A case where the copy paper (1) is used for transfer will be described. In contrast to the copy paper (1) of the present invention in FIG. 1, the copy paper (1) shown in FIG.
On the surface of the transparent resin layer (4) of
A left and right inverted image copy toner image surfaces (5) and (5) are formed on a base paper such as a design pattern. Next, as shown in FIG.
On the toner image surfaces (5) and (5), various transfer materials (7) such as conventional paper materials, wood plates, glass plates, and cloths are formed on the surfaces.
Is polymerized and pressed. After spraying, coating or impregnating the organic solvent (6) on the exposed surface of the support paper (2) of the copy paper (1), as shown in FIG. 4, the support of the copy paper (1) is used. The toner image surface (5) is melted by penetrating the paper (2) and the release layer (3) and the transparent resin layer (4), respectively. The one in which the transparent resin layer (4) and the toner image surface (5) are three-dimensionally transferred from the release layer (3) to the transferred material (7) by being peeled off from the transferred material (7). It is. The paper used for the support paper (2) is, in addition to high quality paper having a smooth surface,
Coated paper for printing, art paper and the like are suitable. Also, the thickness of the sheet is suitably 45 to 90 kg / 46 size / ream that can be copied. In this test, 70 kg of SK coated paper was used. Then, a silicone resin was applied to the paper, and a printing varnish was further applied. The printing varnish is originally used for protecting the printing surface and polishing, but in addition to satisfying various conditions such as not deteriorating the copy suitability of the paper, it becomes a fine powder layer when dried, and the organic solvent is easily removed. It is an excellent coating material in passing through. With this transfer copy sheet, all copying has become possible with a copying machine in which the toner has not been conventionally fixed. The copier used for the test was

According to the present invention, as described above, the present invention is remarkably excellent as a transfer copy sheet which can be copied by using various electrostatic dry copying machines, and also by applying an organic solvent. The effect of freely transferring copy images to various papers, non-paper wood boards, fabrics, glass boards, and three-dimensional materials to be transferred, and clear halftone originals such as fine print, bold print, and photographs. There is an effect that can be transferred. Furthermore, the copy paper used in the present invention has the advantage that, in the unlikely event that the copy paper is jammed inside the copying machine, the photosensitive drum and other internal structures of the copying machine are not damaged, as compared with the transfer sheet using a synthetic resin film. This has the effect of being very inexpensive as compared with a synthetic resin film. In addition, a release layer of a syringe resin that penetrates the organic solvent is formed on the surface of the support paper of the copy paper, and a transparent resin layer that penetrates the organic solvent is laminated and polymerized on the surface of the release plastic, so that it is used as copy paper Has an effect that the transfer operation can be remarkably easily and easily performed only by applying an organic solvent, and the transfer can be favorably performed without being easily damaged.
