は可撓性のシート状フラツプ3を設けることによ
つて上部流水口は比較的スムーズに水が通過し、
反面下部のシート状フラツプ3はフラツプ3の下
縁部に重錘4が設けられているのでフラツプ3が
水の抵抗体となり水の通過を阻止し沈澱池底部の
水の流れを抑制することができる。さらに重錘4
の重量を上部フラツプ3から順次下段のフラツプ
3にかけて増大させることによつても好適な結果
