記の区画線５より僅かに大きい同心円線８より内
側の個所に連通孔９を開設すると共に当該上面シ
ート１の上側に熱可塑性軟質合成樹脂シート製の
天面シート１０を配し、この天面シート１０の全
外周縁と上下両面シート１，２の全外周縁とを、
また上記の同心円線８個所と天面シート１０に於
ける同８個所に対応する位置とを夫々相互に気密
に熔着し、更に上下両面シート１，２の外輪部
４，４′間、足体７および天面シート１０と上面
