下面に当該通気孔６を送排気口とする熱可塑性軟
質合成樹脂シート製の膨縮性密閉中空袋状足体７
を取付け、更に上面シート１の外輪部４に於て上
記の区画線５より僅かに大きい同心円線８より内
側の個所に連通孔９を開設すると共に当該上面シ
ート１の中央部３の上側に三方に透明シート製窓
１２を備えた熱可塑性軟質合成樹脂シート製の天
面シート１０の全外周縁を上記の同心円線８個所
に気密に熔着し、また上下両面シート１，２の全
外周縁を相互に気密に熔着し、更に上下両面シー
ト１，２の外輪部４，４′間、足体７および天面
シート１０と上面シート１との間への送排気栓１
１を下面シート２に於ける外輪部４′に取付けた
