Abstract

PURPOSE:To form a low-temperature artificial scene exhibited in a room more efficiently by ice figures or the like by a method wherein low-temperature water in a water tank is sprayed into a low-temperature space, in which ice and snow displaying bodies are formed, while water on a floor surface is returned into the water tank through a heater. CONSTITUTION:Low-temperature water 21 in a water tank 20 is sprayed into a low-temperature space 1, in which ice and snow displaying bodies 2 are formed, while water 21 on the floor surface F of the low-temperature space 1 is returned into the water tank 20 through a heater 28. One part of the water 21, sprayed in the low-temperature space 1, is frozen and forms ice and snow displaying bodies 2. The other part of the sprayed water 21 drops on the floor surface F of the low-temperature space 1 and is cooled by cold air in the low- temperature space 1 whereby cold water 21 is returned into the water tank 20 thereby keeping the temperature of the water in the water tank 20 at a low value and increasing the efficiency of forming of the ice and snow displaying bodies 2. On the other hand, a heater 28 is provided in order to prevent the freezing of the water 21, dropped on the floor surface F of the low-temperature space 1 on the way of returning process.

An ice and snow exhibition hall has been proposed in which low-temperature condensation exhibits such as ice or snow sculptures are displayed indoors during and around the summer and late summer seasons. In the example of the ice and snow exhibition hall shown in the side view of FIG. 3 and the vertical cross-sectional view of FIG. A viewing path 5 surrounded by a waist wall 3 and a transparent heat insulating part 4 is provided in a low-temperature space l. If necessary, install lighting equipment 7 to display the exhibit 2.

The low temperature space 1 is surrounded by a heat insulating wall consisting of a heat insulating top wall 11, a heat insulating side wall 12) and a heat insulating floor 13, and is thermally isolated from the outside space. Therefore, the melting of the low-temperature condensed display body 2 in the low-temperature space 1 due to conductive heat and convection heat from the outside is suppressed to an extremely small amount.

The method of forming the exhibit 2 in the low-temperature space l of the ice and snow exhibition hall is to carve a molded object from a large block of ice, but this method requires a great deal of skilled labor and is inefficient. In the case of an ice and snow exhibition hall, where an artificial landscape with a length of ten meters or more may be exhibited, it is impractical to rely on the above carving method. One possibility is to sprinkle water and freeze the trees that have been sprayed with water. However, a method for forming ice and snow exhibits using efficient water treatment is not yet known.

In addition, in high latitude regions, it is expected that the formation of the ice and snow exhibit 2 at the ice and snow exhibition center can be done economically if the outdoor air in winter is used appropriately and cooled water is sprinkled. The daily variation of the average outside air temperature (0) in February in the city is shown in Table 1. (Kajima Corporation ■, internal document r
As is clear from the table above (according to the ADEW/Dewproofing Performance Evaluation Program User's Guide), in Asahiyo City, there is an extremely high probability that the outside temperature will be below 0℃ all day in February, so it is difficult to use water before it freezes. By cooling with such outside air, it is possible to form the ice and snow exhibit 2 such as an ice statue more efficiently.

Preferably, the water is cooled by blowing outside air at 0° C. or lower into the water 21 in the water tank 20 as shown in FIG. More preferably, the temperature of the water 21 in the water tank 20 is 2° C. or lower. When the water temperature exceeds 2° C., the efficiency of freezing immediately after watering, that is, forming the ice and snow exhibit 2, decreases.

Alternatively, as shown in FIG. 5, the low temperature water 21 in the water tank 20 may be brought into contact with air at a temperature of 0° C. or lower, and water may be sprayed in the form of mist.

On the condition that the temperature of the water 21 and the air temperature of the low temperature space 1 are appropriate, at least a portion of the water 21 sprinkled into the low temperature space 1 will freeze in the low temperature space 1 and form the ice and snow exhibit 2.

By returning this cold water 21 to the water tank 20, the temperature of the water 21 in the water tank 20 can be kept low and the efficiency of forming the ice and snow exhibit 2 can be increased. The present invention relates to a water supply system for forming an ice and snow exhibit, and the air temperature in the low temperature space 1 is not a requirement of the present invention.

When the outside air temperature is below 0°C, the cold outside air is blown into the low temperature water 21 of the water tank 20 as shown in Fig. 2, or the low temperature water 21 and the cold outside air are mixed as shown in Fig. 5. By making contact with the nozzle 37 and spraying water in a mist, the efficiency of forming the ice and snow exhibit 2 can be further improved by utilizing natural cold air.

Example 1 In the embodiment shown in FIG. 1, water 21 in a water tank 20 is first passed through a deaerator 22 and then sent to a water sprinkler 25 in a low temperature space 1 by a pump 23 and a water pipe 24. 22 is for forming the ice and snow exhibit 2 with ice that does not contain air, but in cases where it is desirable to include air in the ice, the deaerator 22 may be omitted. *The home base 25 sprinkles the sent water 21 into the low-temperature space 1. A part of the sprinkled water 21 adheres to and freezes on a suitable carrier (not shown) to form the ice and snow exhibit 2. .

The remainder of the sprinkled water 21 falls on the floor F of the low-temperature space 1 and is collected in the water collection groove 2B. On the second day of the heater, the water collection channel 27 guides the water in the water collection groove 26 to the water collection tank 29 via the heater 28.
The water 21 on the floor F above starts to freeze and becomes a sorbet.)
In some cases, water 2 in the collection channel 27
1 is intended to prevent the water collection channel 27 from being blocked by freezing in earnest, and is not used when there is no risk of freezing, and the water in the water collection groove 26 is directly poured into the water collection tank 29. Although the heater 28 in the illustrated example is a heat generating resistance wire connected to a suitable power source (not shown), the heater 28 used in the present invention
8 is not limited to this heating resistance wire.

Water 21 in the water collection tank 29 is returned to the water tank 20 via the water pipe 24 by the pump 23. In this way, the water 21 in the water tank 20 is efficiently kept at a low temperature, and the ice and snow exhibit 2 is efficiently formed.

When water 21 in the water tank 20 becomes insufficient, it is replenished from a water source 31 via a water supply pipe 30. When the water level in the water collection tank 28 partially exceeds the water level, the excess water 21 is removed by the drainage channel 32.
is discharged to the sewer main pipe 33.

For example, when the outside air is sufficiently low as shown in Table 1 above, the outside air is continuously blown out into the water 21 of the water tank 2o by the air compressor 35 and water spray pipe 36 as shown in FIG. This allows the water 21 to be cooled.

FIG. 5 shows an example of using natural cold air by bringing low-temperature water 21 into contact with air at temperatures below 0°C and sprinkling water in the form of mist. After the cold outside air is compressed by an air compressor 35, it is sent to a nozzle 37 via an air pipe 3B. At the same time, the low temperature water 2 in the aquarium 20

In this case, the low-temperature water 21 is effectively cooled by the conduction heat from the cold air and the latent heat of evaporation due to air contact, and the exhibit 2 is efficiently formed.

As explained in detail above, the water supply method for forming an ice and snow exhibit according to the present invention is such that low-temperature water from a water tank is sprinkled into a low-temperature space for forming an ice-and-snow exhibit, and water is poured onto the floor surface of the low-temperature space. Since the water is returned to the water tank via the heater, the following remarkable effects are achieved.
